Amazing views of the tombs
Pros:

Position was excellent, just off the main road. The breakfast room had an amazing view of the tombs. Good value for the money paid.

Cons:

The hotel needs a bit of TLC, a few maintenance issues needs addressing to bring it up to standard and a kettle in the room would be a great addition.

Pros:

The location is amazing, near the boats and restaurants, shops.
The stuff is friendly and the animals inside the property are adorable.

Cons:

The rooms are outdated, the furniture and walls are destroyed. The bathroom did not have ventilation, there was a whole with bars in the door right next to where you’re sleeping, so that is really disgusting.
The breakfast could be improved.
I think that if the price is a little bit raised(because it is indeed cheap compared to the other locations) everything could be easily fixed.

Great location
Pros:

İdeal location in the heart of Dalyan, superb views of the river and tombs from the breakfast terrace. Only a minute walk to the river, bars and shops. The room was dated but clean with aircon, TV, fridge and bathroom with shower. Budget hotel but perfect location.

Cons:

Bedside lamp had no bulb , i stayed for 3 nights and the room wasn't cleaned, bin not emptied or towels and bedding not changed. On the last morning went for breakfast at 9.20am and no bread left and not replaced ...ah well this is Turkey .

Cons:

Опасные розетки. Очень опасные! Замкнет в любой момент. Пододеяльника не было. Попросила на рецепшен, у них тоже не нашлось. Предложили одеяло без пододеяльника. Мне непонятно как они предполагали им можно пользоваться. На завтрак поднялись на крышу, под дождем крыша протекает. Капало и на меня и в тарелки.

Pros:

The room small and clean. Staff didn’t speak English well. They were courteous and relaxed. The breakfast was basic but adequate and the location to local attractions was good. Peaceful and enjoyable location.

Fiyat - Performans Oteli
Pros:

Bir gece için yeterli düzeyde, konumu süper. Otopark konusunda yardımcı oluyorlar, kahvaltı yeterli / evet çeşit az ama kaliteli. Temizlik konusu ve genel olarak bakımsızlık, çökmüş yatak vs. problem olabilir. Bu konuda otel bir atılım yaparsa iki katı fiyatına bile oteli rahatlıkla sunabilir. Otel baya bir elden geçmesi lazım. Sahile giden belediye teknesi yeterli, sahil maalesef güzel değil.

Pros:

1,5 yaşında kızımızla 2 gece konakladık konumu temizliği çalışanlar herşey gerçekten çook güzeldi. Çok memnun olarak ayrıldık. Patili dostları olan sevecen bir otel burası :) Sadece oda biraz küçüktü ancak biz çok dert etmedik. Tavsiye ederim çok memnun kaldık tekrar geleceğiz
