Well located

Cons:

Reception is at an elevation and not at ground level. No elevator available at road level, need to use the stairs, however there is an option to go to the basement and take the elevator.
We had issues with a malfunctioning safe, bathroom door lock and shower unit in the room we upgraded to, however these were fixed by housekeeping.
Management should consider increased overhaul and maintenance.

Tired in areas, all pool beds need replacing, staff were great, food was a bit hit n miss, to far out of town for us but

توقعت ان يكون الفندق افضل من ذلك. تفاجأت بوجود حشرات كثير وعدم النظافه

الاستقبال وجميع الموظفون بشوشين. وكذلك وجود سياره مجانا لنقلنا لسنتر سيمينياك

Cons:

عدم النظافه سواء الاستقبال او الغرف او الممرات وحتى مكان الفطور الخشب قديم يوجد به حشرات صغيره كثير

4point Hotel, Seminyak is a Super experience in quality facilities and service
Pros:

Breakfast was the highlight of our stay in the hotel, staff were brilliant, great selection of food. Front desk staff couldn't do enough to help in every way. Room was serviced at all times whenever we needed it to be, all our requirements were met promptly and with a smile. Bar staff at the pool were obliging and always provided us with complementary popcorn to enjoy the lavish pool environment.
