Excellent stay
Pros:

Overall the hotel stay was excellent and staff was very helpful.

Cons:

Found a lizard in the room twice on different days which was notified and the staff helped. Overall the stay was excellent and service was wonderful.

Nice place to stay in Seminyak

Location near the beach only 10 mins walk and we love it.

Great Hospitality
Pros:

Thank you for the amazing hospitality.
Great location in Seminyak.

i am actually one of the regular in staying in FP seminyak.
The Property is great for the price and the location is near from the happening and great restaurant.

Titanium recognition is definitely and they give free breakfast.
My room was upgraded to the suite room and it's definitely spacious and homey.

Cons:

Food quality for room service was hit and miss. Room was decent but the building in general is in need of some renovation. Also our door lock malfunctioned on our last day but was repaired swiftly.

Very helpfull for the entire stay. Including preparing for a bfast box early in the moring due to my Scuba Trip.

Front desk team very professional & helpfull with a smile.

A Stay Made Special by Incredible Staff
Pros:

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was truly out of this world. Every staff member I interacted with was warm, welcoming, and always smiling—it made such a difference and really elevated the whole experience.

The attention to detail, genuine friendliness, and willingness to go above and beyond made me feel so well looked after throughout my stay. It’s rare to come across service like this, and it’s something I won’t forget anytime soon.

Great place
Pros:

Location is everything if you are looking for a relaxing holiday. The atmosphere is great as well. The rooms are great and clean. We had a pool room which was fantastic. The breakfast was ok could be more variety for westerners. Overall the people are wonderful and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for relaxing and great time.

Chill vibes
Pros:

We booked this place for a quiet short getaway with family, and it delivered. Super chill vibes, but don’t expect all the bells and whistles though. This place is slightly away from the busy town area. There’s a regular shuttle that brings you to Seminyak Square if needed.

Shout out to the lovely crew, including Chef Kadek and his team, for their kindness and hospitality every morning. Something to look forward to!

A memorable stay that really warmed my heart
Pros:

My stay was perfect. My room was very comfortable, and the housekeeping staff did a great job. I really appreciated the warm welcome from the staff, both at Devali and Above Rooftop, especially Madu and Lolly, who were just exceptional to me. Breakfast and dinner were perfect, as was the pool. The location is well situated relative to the surrounding city, so it was great when I needed to go out on foot.

Cons:

Honestly, there wasn't a single thing I didn't like. Maybe the terrace, which was right up against a wall where the heat tended to build up a bit outside, but that didn't bother me at all since I never go out there.
