The hotel stay was very pleasant.

I had a wonderful stay at Four points by Sheraton, and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at home.

The room was very clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The bed was soft and cozy, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. Everything in the room was well maintained, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job every day. The facilities were also great, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing.

What truly made my stay special was the staff. Every single person I met was kind, friendly, helpful, and professional. They were always ready to help with anything I needed, from recommendations to small requests, and they always did it with a smile. Their positive attitude and attention to detail really made a big difference and made my stay unforgettable.

The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Whether you are traveling for vacation or business, this hotel is a perfect choice.

Right from the start of our holiday we had a fantastic welcome from the reception team with cool towels and a refreshing welcome drink. The next morning we were introduced to Jason and Ira who lead an efficient breakfast team in the restaurant. The head Chef de Cuisine Kadek was amazing he prepared me a special Indonesian breakfast every morning and took the time to explain each day how it was made and what region it came from.

It was also impressive to see a lot of young people employed and training in the hospitality business as explained to us by the guest relations manager who had gone through the same training. Well done Marriott.

I have stayed at many four, five and six star hotels and not had as good a welcome or service from such dedicated staff.

This is an awesome place to stay.. we had a most comfortable stay. The staffs in house keeping (Indra and Team), reception (Jeremy and Team) and restaurant are very friendly and supportive. Thanks for your hospitality TEAM Four points..

A great location, down a quite street but only 5 minutes from the busy streets of bars, beaches shops and spas.
The front desk and management day by day became my friends. To many to name them all, but iswari in particular. Professional friendly and helpful meeting every request.
Febri my house keeper and his team did an exceptional job, respecting my privacy but making sure all my requests and needs were met
I stayed 5 weeks here and I felt very much at home.

Staff was amazing and super nice. Unfortunately I hated where it’s located and also the hotel and their rooms (suite) I stayed in were pretty ran down. They need to do a whole revamp of the rooms and the hotel in general imo.

We received five-star service every single day from all the hotel staff, especially JEREMY JAKA, who did everything possible every day to make our stay better. In my opinion, he deserves a good salary increase and should be promoted to manager.
