Wonderful staff and very comfortable and quiet room. Good swimming pool. In the heart of the most popular area in Seminyak. Yet it is very quiet.

We had the most wonderful honeymoon stay at Four Points by Sheraton Seminyak. From the moment we informed the hotel that we were visiting for our honeymoon, the team was incredibly responsive and thoughtful in making our stay special.

Mr. Sena provided a smooth and warm check-in experience, and we were delighted by the honeymoon welcome notes arranged for us. A particularly sweet touch was a handwritten message on the mirror from the housekeeping team along with complimentary snacks. As a Silver Elite member, I truly felt the team went above and beyond to create something memorable.

The housekeeping staff were excellent with prompt service throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed the room service dining and were able to sample authentic local Balinese cuisine. The complimentary breakfast we received for two days had a delicious and varied buffet spread.

Special thanks to Ms. Sinta and Sagung from the guest experience team who regularly checked in with us and made our trip feel very well taken care of. On the last day of our stay, the hotel also surprised us with an upgrade to a Junior Suite. Both rooms were spacious, and the Junior Suite was particularly lovely—with a large sofa and a rotating TV where we ended our trip watching a movie together.

We also enjoyed the pool area, and the hotel offers pool-access rooms on the second floor which look like a fantastic option for guests who choose them.

Overall, the team made our honeymoon truly special. We are very grateful for the warmth and hospitality and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali.

We had a great stay at Four Points Seminyak. From the moment we stepped in we were met with warm friendly staff. Their attention to detail was impeccable.

The manager Andre even went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of and any additional needs were met.

Our room was really nice, spacious and had everything we needed.

The sky bar, the pool and the breakfast restaurant were all up to par.

5/5 from us, will definitely come back.

I had a great time stay at Fourpoints Seminyak. Strategic locations near restaurant, coffee shop and shopping area with walking distance. I booked the room from agoda and missed booked to twin bed, I asked the reservation to changed it to king size bed. And when I arrived, the room already changed as I requested and upgraded to the pool view for free! The first day I stayed here, there is Febri the housekeeping who asked us if we need something else, and I asked an extra bottles of water. Every day he gave us an extra bottles. And the others employee at front desk, concierge and restaurant really helpful. Thank you very much Fourpoints, will stay again here.

The rooftop restaurant is very pleasant! Beautiful stunning sunset!! Service by the staff was wonderful. Especially my server BAYU. Food is delicious.

very quiet place but only 5min walikg can reach the heart of Semiyak. Sinta arranged everything well.

Kudos to the management team and staff at the Four Points by Sheraton Bali Seminyak. It was my first visit to Bali and they welcomed me with open arms and treated me like royalty, with kit gloves from the moment I arrived, until my departure.

The hotel's decor, customer service and ambiance was intentional and exceptional.

The daily breakfast was delicious and beyond my expectation. They rotated their Baliness menu in an effort to showcase their unique cultural cuisine.

When I experienced an issue with the air-condition unit not properly cooling, the team addressed it ASAP.

As a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite member, I highly recommend this property.

Oh, if possible, please reserve the swim up room with direct access to the pool - I felt as if I had arrived in paradise.
