I would like to take this opportunity to thank one of the front desk officers, Davidia (apologies if I have misspelled his name). He wears glasses and manages the front desk.

I accidentally left my sling bag, with my iPhone inside, in a Grab vehicle. On 3 June 2026. Thanks to his prompt assistance and guidance, I was able to contact the Grab driver and the Grab office, and my iPhone was safely returned to me.

I am truly grateful for his quick thinking, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond to help me, even though it may have been outside his usual duties. His kindness and support made a stressful situation much easier to handle.

Many thanks to Davidia for his outstanding service and dedication to helping guests.

Ira and Sri deserve a mention. These girls made us very welcomed. Bagus and team were doing our room also very accommodating. Quiet location, with a short walk to main strip but they have vehicle that takes you to Seminyak Square at schedule times. Though I don’t recall this being mentioned upon check in so we didn’t know about this initially. We were surprised with the offer of free afternoon snacks at the rooftop bar. They come around the pool area in the afternoon with fruit and there is free popcorn on request with drinks.
Value for money and facilities are cleaned and maintained.
Definitely coming back.

My partner and I stayed at Four Points Seminyak for the entirety of our trip, and we genuinely could not fault a thing. From the moment we checked in until the day we checked out, every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations.
The hotel was impeccably clean, the facilities were excellent, and the service was outstanding. What truly made our experience memorable was the warmth and professionalism of the staff, who consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and make us feel welcome.
A special thank you to Sri, Mia, and Eva, whose kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care made our stay even more enjoyable. They are a true credit to the hotel and played a significant part in making our holiday so relaxing and memorable.
We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend Four Points Seminyak to anyone visiting Bali.

Four Points by Sheraton Seminyak, Bali is a lovely place to stay for families.
It's located in the corner of the street (less noise around to relax), close to the supermarket if you need snacks or essentials), a short drive to Seminyak Village/Seminyak square for a little local shopping.
We had a short 4 night stay and enjoyed the time there. All the staff from the front desk/reception to the restaurant, pool area, spa and housekeeping are very friendly and accommodating.
We need to highlight all the staff at Devali Restaurant especially Mia (pastry/kitchen staff) and also the chef who made me fried Tempe (didn't get his name). Everyone in the restaurant made us feel special, thank you everyone.
Thank you to Ratmini for a lovely massage/spa I had.
Thank you to the housekeeping staff who cleaned our connecting rooms everyday especially Ngurah (I think that's his name) who did a thorough clean and very friendly too.

It is an average 3 star hotel. Nothing good or bad.
Location is ok. About 1 hour from Tanah, Nusa Kuta, Denpasar and to Nusa Dua.
Food was ok and room was ok. Staff was ok as well.

Spent our first 10 nights of our trip to Bali here the hotel is situated in a good location close to beach local shops markets and restaurants. walking into the hotel you are made to feel so welcome. The staff are so friendly and will do anything to make your stay perfect. When we stayed there they had young students from college learning how to run a hotel and did they know how to they were well trained and could not do enough for us well done all of you. Breakfast was amazing there was something for every nationality if you asked for a specific item they would do there best to supply it. One barman actually went to five different outlets looking for Bali cider for me as I had asked for it but the bar did not keep it. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and well stocked with what you need Water supplied every day. Hotel is absolutely spotless. We will have no problem booking this hotel again.
