- Please note that guests must present a valid passport, Mercosur ID card, or Immigration form as proof of compliance with the National Immigration Act N° 25871 at check-in. Their stay in Argentina must not exceed three months
- Please note that twin, queen, or king size may accommodate guests in different types of bedding. Guests must tell in advance which kind of bedding they would prefer. Only the Deluxe Suite can accommodate extra beds
- Early check-in and late check-out policies: The check-in time is 15:00. Check-in before that hour must be booked the night before.
- The check-out time is at noon. Check-out after that hour must be booked the night before. Until 17:00, guests must pay 50% of the last night´s rate. After 17:00, guests must pay 100 % of the last night's rate
- Please note that based on local tax laws, all Argentinian citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (VAT) of 21%. Only foreigners who pay with a foreign credit card, debit card, or via bank transfer are exempt from this 21% additional fee (VAT) in accommodations and breakfast when presenting a foreign passport or a foreign ID along with a supporting document handed by the national migrations authority, if applicable.

On check in - I was helped by Ivan - who said the card I was trying to use was not working. He tried the card multiple times on multiple machines. He also tried to manually enter my card details. He tried a second card and it worked immediately. Within the next few days I started getting fraudulent debits from “creditcuotas”. Ivan was the only one who physically handled my card on multiple card machines. The hotel must investigate this as my card details were stolen and used to pay off loans at Creditcuota.

Stayed here for two nights as part of a tour. Hotel is quiet, clean and welcoming with an excellent breakfast. The staff are so nice and welcoming a special mention to the young bar staff especially Augusto, Maricel and Agustina who are very attentive and cheerful. Gym and pool facilities very good also. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
This hotel is practically perfect. The rooms are large and our studio room had a huge bed and a really large, extremely well-appointed bathroom. The pool area on the 17th floor is a calm oasis with panoramic views of downtown Buenos Aires, a pleasantly warm pool and large, quite hot jacuzzi. Breakfast is very good and all the hotel staff are charming. So, just one teeny-weeny complaint. There is a Nespresso machine in the room, but no instructions for how to use the thing, and a notice saying guests can only have one coffee pod each per stay. Really? But that’s not enough to prevent me giving the hotel 5 stars.

Me pareció malo que cobraran por las cápsulas de café de la habitación, no vi ninguna información sobre el precio y para mí fue una sorpresa desagradable que cobren mas de 8 dólares al día, he estado en muchos hoteles y siempre han sido cortesia del hotel.
