Important information:

- In all cases, the hotel will apply the MEP dollar exchange rate in effect on the date of payment

- Please note that guests must present a valid passport, Mercosur ID card, or Immigration form as proof of compliance with the National Immigration Act N° 25871 at check-in. Their stay in Argentina must not exceed three months

- Please note that twin, queen, or king size may accommodate guests in different types of bedding. Guests must tell in advance which kind of bedding they would prefer. Only the Deluxe Suite can accommodate extra beds

- Early check-in and late check-out policies: The check-in time is 15:00. Check-in before that hour must be booked the night before.
- The check-out time is at noon. Check-out after that hour must be booked the night before. Until 17:00, guests must pay 50% of the last night´s rate. After 17:00, guests must pay 100 % of the last night's rate

- Please note that based on local tax laws, all Argentinian citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (VAT) of 21%. Only foreigners who pay with a foreign credit card, debit card, or via bank transfer are exempt from this 21% additional fee (VAT) in accommodations and breakfast when presenting a foreign passport or a foreign ID along with a supporting document handed by the national migrations authority, if applicable.

Wonderful hotel with fabulous food and drinks and amazing staff, will definitely re visit.
Pros:

The hotel was wonderful, fabulous food and drinks, staff were all exceptionally helpful and kind and went out of their way to suggest places to visit and how best to get there. The location was great, walking distance to many of the main places we wanted to visit. We would definitely stay here again when returning to Buenos Aires.

Cons:

Nothing it was perfect.

Good Business Hotel
Pros:

Great business hotel but not so pleasant for tourists due to location and food. Good value.

This is a commercial area of the city and the restaurants here are inferior. Food in hotel is also very disappointing. Service is badly managed.

The space in the rooms is very good, the hotel is clean and quiet. Bathroom layout is good. Plenty of storage. Nice rooftop area.

Perfect
Pros:

Hotel is located in Retiro and well placed to walk to several locations or get the subway from San Martin (2 mins walk) or Diagonal Norte (15/20 mins walk).

Reception is grand & staff really helpful. The whole hotel is spotless.

Breakfast is nice with a combination of fruit, cereals, hot options, pastries and hams / cheeses.

Rooftop pool is definitely worth a visit. Great views and lovely way to cool off if needed.

Only thing that was slightly odd was the charge for using the coffee pods in the room given it being a 5 star hotel.

Frühstück eine Katatrohe. Nur Fertigprodukte vom Orangensaft bis hin zu den Teilchen. Schinken allerbilligste Industrieware. Spiegeleier mussten extra bezahlt werden

Cons:

Die Fugen im Badezimmer waren schmutzig. An der Außenseite der Dusche waren Rostflecken.
2 Wasserflaschen pro Aufenthalt. Kaffeekapseln mussten bezahlt werden. Kein Wasserkocher vorhanden. Das ist 3 Sterne Niveau. Wie kann dieses Hotel 5 Sterne haben.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Hop on hop off Bus hält 400 m entfernt. Die Eintrittshalle ist schön.

Cons:

Überall künstliche Blumen. Frühstück sehr schlecht. Kaffeetassen mussten bezahlt werden. Nur 2 Flaschen Wasser pro Aufenhalt.

Excellent in every way
Pros:

Spectacular property, old world charm with beautiful lobby, restaurants and rooms. Not sure if this hotel could be any better. Great service, central location.
