Desayuno es un punto débil. Pocas opciones. servicio algo lento..
Por otro lado, pagando 300 USD la noche. usé una capsula de café disponible en la habitación y pague adicional USD 6... No digo que esté mal. pero para ese valor de habitación, creo que una o dos capsulas de café pudieran estar incluidas..
Hotel muy agradable. Habitación tranquila. cama muy cómoda.
Desayuno . opciones muy limitadas. Algo lenta la atención. El servicio de café a la mesa, personalmente no me gusta.

Nicely located, very comfortable bed and pillows, amazing Jacuzzi in the room, nice facilities, extremely responsive and friendly staff. Very good housekeeping service.
The window blinds in my room were not functioning despite repeated attempts at repair. I would not expect such maintenance issues from Alvear group. Sound proofing in rooms suboptimal. My checkout process was not smooth with some erroneous charges, that was immediately corrected. I noticed that they had saved my credit card number with expiry date and cvv on a piece of paper, which k destroyed. They assured me it’s standard procedure however a hotel saving my card info including cvv has never been my experience and this is worrisome. I did email them subsequently for more clarification and I have not heard back yet.
Coffee capsules in the room were not complimentary and water was offered only on the first night (my stay was for 11 nights) and while this is probably typical of Buenos Aires, again I would assume courtesy coffee and water would be very nice attentions.
