La limpieza del hotel, la alberca es excelente, la atención de servicio al cuarto y el personal de limpieza.

Cons:

Es la 4a vez que voy, y me causo desilución la toalla que encontré en mi cuarto, vieja, con hoyos y deshilachada, sin toalla de salida de baño, éramos dos y solo había una toalla (el pedazo de trapo) para uno, el ruido en el piso 1, aún cuando pague más para una cama doble muy feito en cuanto a estos detalles, y con ruido toda la noche del exterior 😔

Instalaciones, limpieza, atención y ubicación muy buenas.

Cons:

Las almohadas son gruesas y duras, como hechas con trapos viejos, rellenas de quien sabe qué cosa, super incómodas para dormir, nada que ver con el concepto de hotel, ni los moteles de paso tienen almohadas tan chafas.

Clean large room, decent food

Cons:

Beds were passable for comfort. The pillows were hard and too overstuffed. There was no hot water in the shower. It was barely like warm. My husband used it and came out shivering. I could not take a cold shower.
