Excelente opción para el aeropuerto
Pros:

Excelente opción si vas a tomar un vuelo de madrugada desde el aeropuerto de Toluca, en carro llegas en 3 minutos a la terminal. El personal muy amable, atención en recepción las 24 horas y muy limpia la habitación.

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó fueron sus almohadas, demasiado altas y duras; muy incomodas

Ideal para un buen descanso
Pros:

Buena ubicación, de acuerdo a nuestro plan de viaje. En la reserva no tuve claro si el desayuno estaba incluído.

Cons:

Solo había una toalla y eramos dos personas. Fuimos por más, pero no dieron toallas demasiado pequeñas. El teléfono, tampoco funcionaba, no daba tono.

Decepción, este hotel va en declive

Cons:

Que no dejaron toallas suficientes en la habitación, tuvimos que bajar 2 veces a recepción a solicitarlas, pedimos que la habitación fuera en la parte posterior y nos la negaron, cero dialogo por parte de la recepcionista, ella insistió que todas las habitaciones estaban ocupadas, cuando el hotel estaba prácticamente vacío, reservamos 2 noches y solo activo la tarjeta para una sola noche, y había un short en el armario, no se si no las limpian bien o porque lo dejaron. Gran decepción me lleve esta ocasión.

Las instalaciones, son cómodas el estacionamiento está muy amplio. El servicio de los empleados se agradece. Está además en una ubicación cerca de todo. Muy agradable el lugar

Cons:

Quizás el buffet, pero está aceptable. Me hubiera gustado más opciones de almuerzos pero también entiendo que no había muchos clientes
