Sehr angenehme Umterkunft für unseren Kurzaufenrhalr in Braunschweig, empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Frühstück war außerordentluch vielfältig, übertraf die Erwartungen!
Die Lage war gut, Zentrum und Altstadt fußläufig gut zu erreichen, der umliegende Bürgerpark bietet Gelegenheit zum Abschalten und Spazierengehen.

Cons:

Der Filterkaffee war extrem stark, aber es gab genügend Alternativen

Disappointed in staff and facilities

The room was lovely.

Cons:

On arrival the access road was closed for resurfacing and so our vehicle could not access r the car park. It was 37 degrees when we arrived and we had to park more than half a mile away and carry our heavy luggage to the hotel. My husband has a heart condition so in the heat this was dangerous. We had only booked the hotel 2 days prior to arrival and felt that the road closure should have been on the information. We would NEVER have booked it. There was also a lot of noise and dirt and dust related to the works. The staff were very dismissive when I complained and did not offer help with luggage to our room or offer my husband a glass of water. We know roadworks happen, but customers should be kept informed. Very very disappointing and marred our otherwise lovely 2 week trip considerably as we had to do the same struggle to our vehicle the following day when we left.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden positiv übertroffen.
Pros:

Das Service- und Küchenteam in Frühstücksrestaurant hat einen super Service gezeigt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und von sehr guter Qualität. Der Service des für uns zuständigen Kellners beim Frühstück, der uns auch die Plätze zugewiesen hat, war ganz außergewöhnlich gut. Auch an dieser Stelle noch einmal vielen herzlichen Dank für den sehr, sehr guten Service.
