La vista y ubicación.
Para ser un hotel de categoría, la atención fue decadente y las instalaciones muy antiguas. Se nota que le falta mantenimiento.
La piscina estaba sucia.
Pasamos una emergencia por el aluvión, no hubo agua y no tenían ningún plan de contingencia.
Ni siquiera hubo comunicación adecuada entre recepción y la habitación, ya que nuestro intercomunicador ni funcionaba.

Los servicios no corresponden a 5 estrellas como lo promocionan, todo muy improvisado, no hay variedad de vinos ni comida. El spa no estaba operativo
el internet no funciono en el piso 12

Excelente hotel. Todo muy limpio y bien cuidado. El desayuno es exquisito, con muy buenas opciones, y la vista al mar es simplemente insuperable. Sin duda, una muy buena experiencia y totalmente recomendable.

Esta vez también tuve la oportunidad de comer en el restaurante del hotel y fue una muy grata sorpresa. Todo estaba muy bueno, especialmente el pastel de jaiba, que estaba delicioso, al igual que el risotto.
Sin duda es un hotel al que da gusto volver, tanto por sus instalaciones y ubicación como por la calidad de su servicio y gastronomía.
