Categories

Cleanliness
6.8
Mixed signals: many guests reported rooms were very clean, but there are several strong negative reports (roaches, mold, dirty bathroom, hair in shower, tile coming off) so cleanliness is notably below average.
Service
9.5
Consistently praised: staff described as very friendly, professional, courteous, went above and beyond, accommodated late checkout; isolated mention of an impolite attendant but overall service is excellent.
Location
9.2
Frequently called convenient and 'perfect' — multiple guests noted the location was very good for their needs.
Room Quality
8
Generally comfortable (beds often praised) but with issues: some rooms were smaller than expected, mattresses reported too soft for some guests, and isolated reports of damaged finishes (tile).
Amenities
7.5
Mixed: breakfast and parking/pet-friendly policies are positives, but guests reported a small/dated pool, non-functioning jacuzzi, and inoperable Tesla chargers which lower the score.
Value for Money
7.7
Mixed perceptions: several guests felt the hotel was a bit overpriced or 'not worth' the rate given some condition issues, while others found the stay comfortable and satisfactory.
Food and Beverage
9.2
Breakfast is commonly praised as top-notch with good selection and variety; a few notes about items not being refilled or repetitive offerings slightly temper the score.
Overall Experience
9.3
Overall positive: many guests said they loved everything, would stay again, and felt comfortable and helped by staff, despite some specific issues noted elsewhere.

Super Stop in Port Aransas 🔆
Pros:

Zimmer, Frühstück, Pool waren gut.

Cons:

Pool könnte modernisiert werden. Fugen neu abdichten kann nicht so aufwendig sein.

Super friendly staff, cozy decor!
Pros:

The staff was so nice!! They all went above and beyond to care for us during our stay.

Cons:

Sadly, our bathroom was pretty dirty. There was hair all in our shower. Definitely didn't get cleaned before we arrived. We checked in so late that I didn't want to ask to switch rooms as we were traveling with kids.

Also, we stayed at the property specifically for the Tesla chargers. Our of four, only one was operable and occupied so we had to pay elsewhere to charge. It was a bummer!

I will definitely stay here again but ask them about the mattress first. Great hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was top notch, great selection and variety of foods, hot and cold. Location was very good and convenient to everything we wanted to do. We had no issues with this hotel.

Cons:

The only thing I did not like was the bed, it was way too soft, and the mattress needs to be changed out. I wasn't able to sleep well as I have a bad back and need a firmer mattress.
