Definitely over priced
Pros:

Easy check in. Front desk person was courteous. Easy to park.

Cons:

The handle on the sink leaked and sprayed water all over. The floor was sticky. The door didn't latch all the way. $250 plus for one night and not even an elevator.

Awesome
Pros:

We all enjoyed our stay. The rooms were amazing, the beds were very comfortable, the pillows were a little flat for me but that’s no big deal. We had dinner there our first night and Jody was awesome! She’s funny and very friendly. Both mornings the breakfast was wonderful. 10/10 would definitely recommend and stay here again when and if I’m back this way.

Was not aware of "no housekeeping" policy unless requested. Was promised first floor room, but reception was not aware. Front desk should be demoted to back desk!

Very friendly, quiet, and comfortable
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Coffee, milk, fruit available in lobby 24 hours.
Clean and quiet. Comfortable bed. We had a nice stay here.

Great place to stay
Pros:

I was in Rugby to visit family and stayed at the Cobblestone Inn for a week.
Staff were friendly and responsive to questions and requests.
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
Simple but adequate breakfast available every morning.

After the initial contact, everything was fine.
Pros:

The bed was so comfortable, the shower had good pressure , the staff were nice.

Cons:

When we went into the hotel, the front desk stated they had no rooms available. We went outside and went through booking, sent back in and got our room. Why are they telling people there are no vacancies even though the parking lot has few vehicles. We had wanted to pay cash and skip booking but could not do so.
