Cons:

I recently stayed at your hotel and have already completed the check-out process. However, I realized that I left an item in the room, which is a tabloid inside my bag.

When I contacted the hotel to request a recheck of the room, I was informed that the bag was no longer there. Unfortunately, I did not receive proper assistance or response from the hotel staff regarding this matter.

I am disappointed with the handling of this situation and kindly request that the management look into this matter seriously and provide a clear explanation. The item is important to me, and I hope this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.

The bed to pillow the toilet everything was clean 👌🏻

Cons:

I got the room with a carpet. The hallway carpet was smelly.
Breakfast ☹️ the kuih 2 days straight basi. Susu basi. variety of food but the protein only egg. Sausage is not a protein. Mee goreng telur. Bihun telur. Nasi goreng telur. Mee sup telur. At least got 1 chicken menu more than enough. Hopefully none of us got food poisoning due to kuih basi juga susu basi

Man darf hier nichts erwarten.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war groß und die Betten waren sauber. Die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war okay, es gibt viele asiatische Speisen.

Cons:

Die Betten waren ziemlich hart. Unser Zimmer lag zur Hauptstraße hin, das Fenster hatte Einfachverglasung, dementsprechend laut war es. Außer den Betten war das Zimmer und alle anderen Räumlichkeiten des Hotels (Bad, Flur, Frühstücksraum) nicht wirklich sauber.
Für eine Nacht ist das Hotel alleine wegen des Preises aber okay.

Clean spacious room. Breakfast is fairly good.

Cons:

The toilet room is not well.maintained. sink choked despite reporting to room services, it happened again. Pipes and shower fixes loose.
