A pleasant, well-sized hotel with warm, friendly service, clean, and tranquil.
Pros:

The hotel is near shopping center and local restaurants. Additionally, it is 20mins to the airport, which is convenient for passengers. My visit is always comfortable and pleasurable since the staff is polite, attentive, and willing to help.

Raum nicht abdunkelbar wegen Fenster zu Badezimmer.
Area um das Hotel wirkte nachts nicht sonderlich sicher.
Verständigung mit Personal eher schwierig.
Keinerlei Aktivitäten in der Nähe des Hotels möglich, dieses ist nur als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit nutzbar.

Camera molto spaziosa, con tutti i servizi funzionanti, ottimo servizi in camera. Ottima posizione vicino ai servizi come 7-eleven, makro e centro commerciale Lotus.

Cons:

Le belle foto rispecchiano la struttura agli inizi, il passare del tempo e delle persone si vede forse una sistemazione generale ci vorrebbe. Peccato per il traffico infernale di phuket dove mi ha fatto passare molto tempo in auto anche solo per raggiungere la spiaggia più vicina

Was definitely not a 4 star hotel just a place to sleep. Need a new HK manager for sure.

Vše perfektní. V nákupním středisku LOTUS, které je ve vzdálenosti cca 300 metrů je vše potřebné pro dlouhodobí pobyt - od potravin až po masáže. Nemocnice a několik samostatných lékařských ordinací jsou v bezprostřední blízkosti hotelu.
2 super udržované bazény. Ochotný personál. Denně zdarma káva, voda, ručníky aj.
