Bad stay
Pros:

They lied about free breakfast with room. Was told they would not give me any compensation by front desk. Totally unacceptable

Would not recommend
Pros:

The first night at this hotel they gave me a horrible room full of bedbugs (I killed 10 of them), very dirty, the water bottles were already opened, no window, I asked to change the room and the second room was actually decent, pretty big and clean, so I advise to check the room first

criminal staff
Pros:

Many more cheaper options in the area. a bunch of criminals work here. It has Bed bugs, rooms are small and the lady working during the day tried charging cash for the breakfast

Pros:

No where and nothing to impressing us much.
There's just regular cheap hotel and no star no value.
Anyone can stay there just one night and no more than two nights that's it, there's no place to exciting even thought the restaurant's the price too high and tasteless for to compare some other the restaurant near by. I wouldn't to recommend any of my friends to stay there.

Pros:

Bitten by bed bug all night. Don't stay in Room 311. It is dirty and you will wake up in pain with plenty of bed bug

Pros:

I have stayed here many times. And I normally say 5* but never take your wife or girlfriend. They will run screaming. Last time was poor. Some bug in the bed bit me and I slapped it and blood went everywhere. Let’s hope it was my blood and that it had never eaten anyone else. I don’t especially blame the hotel. It’s the tropics. And the alternative is a cancer inducing pesticide. On the last day I turned up for breakfast at 09:45. Lights off. Everything cleared. She told me they closed at 10am. Yes you read that correctly. Very rude she was too. Strange. I know all the staff and most are great. And both the double locks on my room door were broken. My wife would have freaked. No she would have walked. I put a chair against the door. It’s cheap I’m every sense. And one day no shampoo was left for me in the bathroom. The friendly night porter fixed that by taking from an empty room. I will go back as it’s close to my friends’ house. But I will check the locks next time and insist on a room change if necessary.

Good value. Be guided by the price. It’s not the Ritz. I like it. Your wife might not.

The lady recep was not too friendly.
I asked for an extra towel for my hair, they didn’t allowed it.
But the location is good. Bars everywhere near the hotel.
The rooftop pool is nice.

Recommended for short stay
Pros:

Booking was good, and efficient. Upon arrival check in was quick. Room had no window, so we asked for a room with a window. The new room was shabby and small. Bed was advertised to be a King size, but was a Queen at most. T.V. was mounted high on the wall and really too small. Screen needs to be at least 40 in. A/C worked fine, Shower was good. Wifi was good (6th floor). We moved to a room on the 7th floor with 2 beds after one night. Same room condition but it was on a corner and had 2 windows with a $5.00 per night fee. Wifi was terrible at this location. The modem was just outside our room, and the info indicated that the signal was strong. Even so, I showed connected, but was unable to "see" anything. Fortunately my telephone service comes with internet access and I used that although it cost me. Breakfast came as part of the package and was acceptable. We ate breakfast there every day that we were checked into the hotel. There was a rooftop bar which we could also order food. We ate there a couple of times for lunch, and once for dinner. The food was good and reasonably priced. There is a roof top pool. Small, but good for a dip. Our children enjoyed the pool at least once a day. At dusk the mosquitos come out and you can't really stay long unless you have some mosquito protection. The views of the city and the river are very nice. We will probably stay again. Recommend for single, couple, or small family for a short stay.

Pros:

I often use this hotel. It is not a luxury hotel and you should use the rates as a guide to your likely experience. It is clean and the staff are helpful. For the star rating it suits me perfectly. If you want to treat a spouse to a touch of luxury there are plenty of places further upscale. The frugal will find it fine. Breakfast if included is an extra perk. It is pretty average but has what you need and I have no complaints. The wait staff are kind and helpful. Tip all the staff. For the maids a can of cold coke will make their day. The bell boys are very helpful too. They all probably make in a month what you make in a few hours. I say all this because a little generosity will mean they won’t forget you. And it’s fair. Enjoy. Oh the rooftop bar is ok too. Nice view.

Pros:

Some good things and some bad things about this place. Staff were very hit or miss, and there certainly is a lack of communication between them. Its pretty cheap, but no shower curtains in the showers, and the food takes forever to arrive. Not much in the way of breakfast offerings as well. The rooftop bar is okay, and also a pool, but once again the food takes forever to arrive, but that seems to be the case in most of Cambodia.

Guest Friendly Hotel but Unkept and Unsafe
Pros:

This hotel is in a red light district which is quite noisy and busy, but also close to the riverside. My wife and I had stayed here twice before, and while the rooms were old and the neighborhood questionable, we never had a problem. After the latest stay though we'll never go there again.

The room was quite dirty, and after I found a roach crawling on my pillow in the middle of the night we changed rooms to another which was slightly cleaner. This room was in the front of the hotel and the noise from the street was very loud until around 3-4a, so we had to use earplugs.

On the last day I had a scary experience that left me a bit shaken. I got onto the elevator alone only to be joined by a young Khmer man just before the door closed. While it was closing, I saw another person run past and up the stair case, but thought nothing of it.

When the elevator stopped on the 2nd floor the running man was waiting outside the door, and gently nudged me back in when I stepped off.

My initial thought was that he was a hotel employee and was helping me get to my floor since I was staying on the 3rd, but when he got in I realized this was not the case and that I had likely been "marked" when I entered the door. The doors shut and the elevator ascended.

Both men were eyeing me closely the entire time so I readied myself to throw down, but ultimately nothing happened, although one made a rude comment in Khmer about my appearance.

The hotel has cameras but remain vigilant here!
