Pros:

Чудесно местополижение. Голяма стая с удобно легло. Чисто и с всичко необходимо в стаята. Кана за топла вода и разтворимо кафе. Любезен персонал.

Good clean friendly hotel,great position near to royal palace. Lots of decent restaurants in same street.Good buffet breakfast. Highly recommended for family's and everyone.

A Nightmare on 172 Street

The location was good, with lots of restaurants and a few small bars just outside.

Cons:

I am a disabled person and have a large walking frame that I need to use so I can get around. I asked the hotel if they had disabled access before I booked and was assured that they had two ramps at the front of the hotel. On arrival i was not able to get into the hotel because all along the front was the hotel staff motorbikes blocking the ramps and the steps, also staff cars blocked in all the motorbikes it was a complete nightmare stay 😳 with so many things that are wrong.
I will not waste my time getting into a battle with the hotel over this because I have already paid for another stay in May.
If i could get a full refund for that stay i would except it in a heartbeat.

Pros:

I have been staying here for years. It's a great location with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants on the same street. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is generous for the price. Comfortable beds, air-conditioning and fridge.

Très bon séjour
Pros:

Super, le personnel est très gentil et le logement est bien situé. Dans la rue il y a plusieurs restaurants et c’est assez proche des centres d’intérêts.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix
Pros:

Emplacement parfait, on peut tout faire à pied et on est très proches des agences de bus pour changer de ville. Chambre spacieuse, propre et literie confortable. Wifi impeccable. Rue calme.
Service de laundry en 24h juste en face de l’hôtel très pratique.
Petit déjeuner tôt le matin à la carte rapide et bon. Plus tard il passe en buffet et c’est bien moins qualitatif à mon goût mais ça fait le job.

Bon rapport qualité/prix dans l’ensemble
Pros:

- L’hôtel est bien situé
- Le personnel est très arrangeant. Nous avons pu faire un Check-in très tôt, dès notre arrivée en bus de nuit

Cons:

L’hôtel est très vieillissant, l’odeur n’y est pas très agréable. On se croirait presque dans une maison de retraite…

Otelin girişi hariç asansörlerin içi dahil kaldığım oda korkunç şekilde kirliydi.Camlar sanki 1 yıl silinmemis, duş gideri tıkalı gelip baktılar ama sorun çözülmedi .Mobilya olarak kullanılan eşyalar son derece eskiydi. Dolap kapakları düşüyordu.Nahoş bir koku tüm otele sinmisti. Perdeler sanirim son 5 yıldır yıkanmamıştı zaten tülde yoktu. Asansör kapısı önündeki çiçek saksısı ile duvar arasında örümcek ağı vardı gidilip bakılsın hala ordadır. Yerel hanımlarla gecelemeye gelen ingilizler Otel müşterilerinin çoğunluğunu oluşturuyordu. Son dip not vasat bile diyemeyeceğim bir otel.
