La ubicación frente a la playa.
No es un resort. Esta anticuado y las habitaciones no son nada practicas, los colchones viejos así como el mobilario y el baño sin buena accesibilidad. Los alrededores no parecen seguros.
La atencion de todo el staff , destaco la atencion en recepcion de kirson y su compañero muy predispuestos ante cualquier requerimiento, las camareras Michelle y Cris , los Sres. Jayson y Liliana por hacer de cada dia , una estadìa muy grata y por la colaboracion de Malcom para realizar tomas fotagraficas.
Gente fantastica....! si los hay...! y estàn en el Jaco Laguna Resort & Beach Club
Un pequeño detalle para bajar a la playa , hay algunas piedras que dificultan el ingreso - se puede solucionar con un pequeño trabajo de albañileria

La piscina y la ubicación
No corresponde a un cuatro estrellas (no se puede secar la ropa en ningún lado; no hay mini frigo, hay que andar pidiendo el champú, hay alguna hamaca rota, las tablas de surf del hotel no se ofrecen porque están viejas, etc.)
Es céntrico y está ubicado frente ala playa .
La habitación tenía mala olor como a ropa húmeda , la cama es de madera y está demasiado floja el televisor del hotel tiene un internet demasiado malo y es muy pequeño en cuanto al personal solamente los de recepción y las señoras de la cocina más dos saloneros tiene buena actitud el resto del personal si siquiera saluda , con respecto al ambiente del hotel antes de las 10 pagan la luz deberían de tener algo de música en la piscina en especial de día .. en lo personal no volvería a este hotel .
La ubicación...el parqueo
Pésimo el apartamento #9, una sábana para dos personas ,los paños muy pequeños y malholientes,la cerradura de la puerta insegura , sistema eléctrico lo reporte dos veces ..
El servicio del restaurante muy bajo nivel , el área de comida ,se metia todo el agua (problemas de infraestructura)
Atención al huésped muy bajo nivel ..
Definitivamente perdí mi dinero ,de echo llegué a las 7:00 pm y sali del lugar a las 9:00 am,del día siguiente,
prácticamente huyendo del lugar ...
