Pros:

Staff was unable to check in until 30 minutes after 4:00 after I requested a non-guaranteed check in for 3:00. It’s understandable to not guarantee early check in, but it’s weird if staff ignores and does not prioritize the single waiting guest. If I were management I would have a better way to manage cleaning so that guests can check in when they request instead of leaving it up to the cleaning crew.

Pros:

The kitchen was fully equipped with a dishwasher, dishwasher soap, stove, dishes, drinking glasses, coffee cups, pots, utensils, dish washing soap and sponge. The rooms are really clean and quiet. I only heard noise when out in the hall and I'm truly grateful for that because we are loud Giants fans and watched the game in our room. We were loud. clapping and cheering and no complaints!!! I definitely recommend this hotel!

Very nice overall facility.
Pros:

Location was convenient, staff were excellent. Room was clean and well organized. No issues at all with room as far as function. Could use a little touch up but nothing that affected the stay.

Cons:

Cabinets and paint could use repair. Cabinet door under sink was loose and falling when opened to access trash. Paint was chipped and worn in bathrooms on shelves. Would have been nice for breakfast to extend past 9am but Dunkin’ was across the street so we utilized that.
