Pros:

Not a very friendly welcome but the hotel was clean and comfortable. It doesn’t go out of its way for guests, little things like coffee or tea. The TV was in an awkward spot and no real space for the kettle. It’s a hotel room plain and simply adequate for one maybe two nights max.

Pros:

This was a very central hotel, ideal for visting all the sites on foot. The gardens, museums, samurai district and geisha districts were easily accessible.
The breakfast was good with a wide selection of food.
There were free drinks in the evening.

We loved this hotel so much!!! The location can’t be beat we were able to walk to everything in Kanazawa from it. Staff were lovely and pleasant and the room size, amenities and hospitality was an excellent start to our trip. Staff were professional and willing to help us out with any questions.

Pros:

チェックイン前に駐車場のことを聞くため、正面から入りましたが、女性三名がフロントにいました。誰一人、いらっしゃいませも言わないまま、下を向いて業務をしていました。元気もなく、聞き取りがすぐ出来なかったです。
基本の挨拶ができないのは、かなり問題です。

海外の人も多く、いました。

接遇について、もう少し学ぶべきだと
思います。

朝食は種類がたくさんで、客室も綺麗でした。スタッフもきちんと片付けをし、席を立つ時も挨拶もしてくださいました。また立地もかなり良いので、フロントの対応に関しては少し残念でした。
