Clean....and Karen @ the desk was really nice & helpful....which is always a good start with customers
Very clean room and hallways.
Deak clerk was not welcoming AT ALL. It was if she was bothered by checking me in. The cleaning crew in the morning was very noisy, talking loudly in the hallway. Had i had a late check out i would have been very upset.
The size of the room was great and having the sitting area made it much more comfortable to watch TV.
More seating for the breakfast area would have been nice.
The beds are so comfortable. I love the pillows. The staff were professional and kind. I like that it smells like cookies at check in. Makes it feel welcoming.
The hot tub needs a little adjustment. The jets end up spraying you in the eyes and face.

Comfortable room with good temperature control
Waited for eggs to be replenished which were ice cold when put out. Some substance on sofa and picture, otherwise very clean.
We went to orientation for my daughter at NDSU and the hotel was absolutely wonderful. Very clean, Very affordable, very close to everything restaurants, mall,the college we enjoyed our stay Very much!😍

The lights were out in the swimming pool. :(
Water was too hot in the spa and in the pool.

Good location, close to the interstates. The bed was pretty comfortable.
There was only one staff person working from 7:45 when we checked in until late. She couldn’t help everyone who needed help at the same time so we were left waiting more than 10 minutes for her to come back to the front desk to help us. I felt bad for her, she hd way too much to do. And it was only her jinth day working there. Many things didn’t work on the property or were broken, like the phone by the front desk, the key cards occasionally, the pool door, the ice machine on our floor, the toasters at breakfast, no pool towels, and more. It was less than a comfortable stay.
