Pros:

Best deal in town, nice rooms, good staff, helpful with getting new supplies for rooms. Big Tv, very quiet and easy to add extra days to your stay.

Our stay was below average - not very friendly staff, dirty bedding, and water leaking. We will be choosing a different

The location is great and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Our bedding had stains on it upon our arrival. I don’t know how the staff didn’t notice it when they were making the bed, as the stains were on the top part of the sheet in clear view. We asked the desk if there was a chance for different bedding or a clean room, and were given sheets to change the bed ourselves. Took two attempts to get the correct sheets, as the front desk staff gave us queen size first though we were in a king size room. There must also be water damage in the ceiling, as there was water dripping from the ceiling above our shower.

Nice rooms, nice location, pool area could use some rules and hot tub was not heating properly.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, comfortable beds and spacious rooms.

Cons:

There was adult swim from 10pm-midnight, however there were parents and children who disregarded this rule and stayed until at least 11. There was no staff enforcing this rule, I wish there was. It would have been nice to get a bit of quiet time in the pool. The hot tub also wasn’t hot, but Luke warm.

I was really happy to stay here, it met every expectation.
Pros:

This hotel was super clean, very up-to-date with no damage or maintenance needed of any type. Check-in was quick, breakfast was good, beds were super comfortable. The best place while at Fargo Medical Center.

Cons:

Front desk assistance was consistently unavailable upon arrival, requiring us to wait each time service was needed. There was no front desk staff present during multiple pass-throughs. Although we were advised to use the side entrances for convenience, our room keys did not provide access, forcing us to enter through the main entrance on every occasion. This issue was reported to the front desk, but no corrective action was taken.

Additionally, the room furniture was covered in a noticeable layer of dust, suggesting recent construction or inadequate cleaning. The shower water temperature was also insufficient, only reaching a lukewarm level even when set to maximum hot, resulting in consistently cold showers
