Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht in Ordnung. Man bekommt keine richtige Rechnung, also nur das Kassenzettel. Das ist u.a. steuerrechtlich nicht unbedenklich! Das Personal ist der türkischen Sprache nicht mächtig. Sie gehen auf Wünsche der Gäste nicht ein. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht wieder buchen wollen...

Wifi hat nicht funktioniert, konnte nicht gelöst werden!!

Odanın temizliği ve personelin misafirperverliği çok iyiydi. Sadece ufak tefek yenilemeler gerekiyor. Televizyon çalışmıyordu ve odadan resepsiyona telefonla iletişim sağlayamadım. Ama personel her aradığımda çıkıp odaya geldiler. Şehir merkezinde olması avantaj. Personel çok ilgiliydi. Tekrar konaklama yapabileceğim bir hotel. En önemli isteği. Mutfaktaki çatal kaşık bıçak tabak gibi malzemelerin yenilenmesi. İyi çalışmalar Bol kazançlar. Turizm acentesi olarak müşterilerime de tavsiye edeceğim

Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi. Şarj aletimizi unutmuştuk 2-3 defa istedik her seferinde verdiler. Odalar temizdi, otel konforu güzeldi.

Large room but poor condition

Receptionist was having a video call when we're checking in and he didn't even bother to end the call. It was very disrespectful. Rooms are bigger than regular hotel rooms.

Konumu güzel, Üsküdar sahile 10 dk yürüme mesafesinde, temiz.

Geräumig, ruhig und nur 10-15 Minuten bis zu den öffentlichen Haltestellen in Üsküdar. Hat sich für uns gelohnt.

I liked the area and facilities,
The bathroom was leaking, the leaving floor could be cleaner, and the bed sheets to change wasn't offered.

I dont know from where it came but as I have asthma and allergy it was bothering the rest was ok

Bebeğimizle rahat etmek için apart tarzı bir yer olsun istemiştik fakat aşırı konforsuzdu. Elektriksel sorunu da bizi zorladı. Tek iyi yanı merkezi olması. Fiyat performans olacağını düşündüğüm için beni hayal kırıklığına uğrattı.

Bütün herşeyi ile çok güzel bir otel , teşekkür ederim

Chambre immense .tres propre.

Ok. Average guesthouse, not a hotel per say. Good service. Spacious rooms, I like how they have multiple sitting and table areas, plus kitchen and free laundry services. #12 bus right outside, takes you to the ferry port plus other places.

Rooms could be cleaner. Safe was not working. In a local area on a hill, about 10-12 min walk up from the Uskudar pier. Places to eat starting at about the 6 min walk down the hill.
