Pros:

Location is great, many shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast and bar really good. Rooms spacious and clean.

Cons:

Wifi was really poor. Connection always getting disconnected. A little disturbing to have to change elevators to get to ground floor from rooms

Pros:

Spectacular hotel and insane value. Great gym, connected to the mall. Great local bbq 2 blocks away, fantastic art. Very kind and professional staff!

Terrible Wi-Fi connection
Pros:

The Wi-Fi connection at the hotel was terrible. I was not able to connect to an important international meeting and was forced to go to another hotel to use their business center.
Although the room was supposed to be non-smoking, the hallway stunk of cigarette smoke.

Best hotel ever.
Pros:

Greeted by friendly staff. The room was big and nice view of Shenyang city. Varieties of choice for breakfast section. Receptionist at the entrance was fantastic. They are very helpful in handling/receiving the deliveries from taobao shop.

Best Overall experience in grand Hyatt
Pros:

Stayed in the suite room for 8 days in April'25. Excellent service from entering the hotel, breakfast with lots of options from Chinese breakfast to Western breakfast, etc best I have experienced with Grand Hyatt cross the globe. The spa and swimming pool are clean and nice as well

Pros:

Room was excellent, with big bathroom (bath and shower) and stunning view. It was clean every day. Breakfast offer western and Chinese meals and variety of fruit. The staff was always helpful and I have nothing to complain. I really recommend stay there.

Good experience
Pros:

Love this hotel. Location is very convenient, It connects with Mix City shopping mall. The breakfast was amazing. Service team tries always their best to help you and make your stay as comfortable as possible. I have only one problem is the air conditioner is not cool in my room.

Truly and deeply grateful for Sibyl, Ashley and Tracy at Hyatt for going above and beyond, they anticipated our needs and did an amazing job making us feel like home away from home, the staff is friendly and kind and made our stay feel really special, were grateful and love Hyatt

one of the best hotels in Shenyang
Pros:

This is a great hotel with a good location (5 mins walk to metro station), and connected/next to a few malls (one very fancy, the others with good restaurant options). Elite treatment is very good at this hotel and i very much enjoyed my stay.

Cozy hotel,super convenient location
Pros:

Apart from the aircon in the room and some floor hallway wern't cool. It's extremely recommended to stay here.
Location is very convenient, being linked to high-end mall, metro station is just a step away.
Very easy to travel around the city.
Though some staff wasn't fluent at English but they are all willing to help. Special thanks to these3
