I'd stay again
Pros:

Super lovely staff--some of the most helpful and friendly folks I've ever encountered. Great job by Rich at the front desk!

The room was absolutely spotless, as is the rest of the hotel. Hot water was almost instantaneous, making me wish I could experience the same at home.

The beds are GLORIOUSLY comfortable. I normally have a very hard time falling asleep away from home, and that was not the case here.

It certainly isn't a deal-breaker, but I was surprised to find no telephone in the room. That's most likely a sign of the times, but when I was ready to set up a wake up call, I was, well, awakened to find there was no phone in the room. Again, that was certainly a minor matter.

My stay here was over Memorial Day weekend, and the room prices were very high. That's my only significant complaint, but they're running a business, not a charity, so I guess that's to be expected. Also, a free breakfast was to be included but I learned from cousins who are staying here this weekend that the food was running out at 9 a.m., so I skipped it.

Cons:

For as nice a hotel as this, & given the $300+ nightly room rate this weekend, I would like to have found more plush towels in the bathroom. Again, that's making a big deal out of something that's not that important.

Convenient location. Great staff.
Pros:

Marlene our hostess at breakfast was friendly and attentive.

Cons:

The TV in our room didn't allow us to watch the cable channels or local channels. I.E: the NYC Thanksgiving Day parade.

It will be repeated twice a year.
Pros:

Breakfast was okay. However, the dinner..at the same restaurant. was EXCELLENT. They make a great drink as well. if you don't mind 20 mins to the mountain for skiing, this place is the perfect stay. They will see me twice a year!!

Cons:

I didn't care for the cheese they use in the breakfast omelette. It was okay, but cheddar would make it 10 times better.

Lovely hotel.
Pros:

They were so tolerant of our large and noisy family. We had no where else to gather snd there was a little boy and 2 dogs who were noisier than we would have liked. But the hotel staff was very gracious.

Cons:

TV channels weren’t available unless you have a streaming service to sign onto. But I wasn’t there to watch TV so no big deal.
