Excellent staff, location and value for money
Pros:

Fantastic location. Spotless room. Great bar area. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly

Cons:

The only reason I haven’t scored this as Excellent in all areas is that we couldn’t open a window, however I appreciate this is usually the case in big hotel blocks. The staff are amazing

Pros:

Corridors very tired and in need of repair. Some rooms are a long walk from reception. Coffee machine broken at breakfast and hot food offering was quite basic.

Pros:

The hotel was in a very good location. It was easy to get to and close to places I’d come to visit. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of options.

Please be careful
Pros:

Please be careful and check your payments. I paid for my stay immediately after arrival, but a day after my departure the charge was taken a second time. Unfortunately, the payment was taken from my foreign currency account where I had money for the rest of my trip, and I ended up 1000 km from home without money.

I also experienced an unpleasant situation because I was accused of attempting fraud. I informed the staff that I had a dog, but the fee was not added and I did not notice it because I was paying in a different currency. Later, an employee asked my young daughter to come and get me from the room so that I could come down and pay, claiming that I had never mentioned the dog.

The rooms are also so small that in order to open my suitcase I had to do it in the bathroom doorway.
