Ok location, poor night staff
Pros:

It was an ok location with parking down the road for 7.30 for 24 hours. Check in was smooth and the breakfast was ok.

Cons:

The bar was supposed to be 24 hours but closed at 1am. Staffs attitude was like they couldn’t be bothered keeping it open and rude. Then one of the oxygen alarms went off in a room we had booked. We were told to leave and after 45 mins of them saying they couldn’t get us another room at 4 in the morning and waking both rooms up we were told to go back to the original room.

To be fair a refund was offered by the manager in the morning for one room and he was brilliant. The through the night staff need some training in people skills. It was almost as if it was our fault the alarm went off and they didn’t want to sort it.

Excellent hotel, couldn’t fault it except for the stupidly hard mattress!
Pros:

Staff were all friendly. Room was clean, breakfast was great. Close to where we needed to be. Would definitely stay again.

Pros:

Die Zimmer hatten eine gute Größe. Die Betten waren groß und bequem. Das Frühstück war gut. Frische Croissants und Waffeln, Rührerei... Alles war sauber.

Cons:

Die Lage war nicht so schön. Direkt an einer vielbefahrenden Straße. Zweimal ist im Hotel der Feueralam angegangen, wahrscheinlich, weil im Frühstücksraum ein Toast angebrannt ist.

Not great
Pros:

Very friendly team evening and morning and could not expect anymore very welcoming. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The room. Warm and stuffy on arrival. Asked reception to change mode they said they would turn i5 off and it may help. Couldn't open a window too cool room. I slept in bathroom on floor as it was the coolest room. I moved my children away from the sofa bed as mould was in visable. This l9oked worse in the morning when condensation was on window from shower as air con not compatible and strong enough for room.
