Was amazing. Me and my friend loved it. Would definitely recommend
Pros:

It was very comfortable it was just whatever needed.

But the bathroom wasn’t very clean as the floor was really filthy. We had to put towels on it because we felt sick knowing our feet would touch it. But besides that. Everything was great. The staff 100. The bed great the view was lovely breakfast was great.

Our go to hotel when staying in Birmingham.
Pros:

Location is great. Right next to tram stop. Can’t blame the hotel they weren’t running! Bus stop opposite so no drama

Cons:

Lack of parking facilities. There are some close but not the best…

Good location but it's a bit of walk from the city centre. Very nice area that has some great cafes etc around too.

Comfy enough bed and a good bathroom.

Breakfast was quite nice too.

Cons:

The room was very hot, even with the A/C. Couldn't open the window at all.

Does the job, but a dodgy area.
Pros:

staff were nice, allowed late checkout which was very helpful, lobby area was nice and spacious, breakfast was decent, handy convenience store right outside that's open 24/7, short walk to JQ where there are plenty of food options.

Cons:

No dedicated car park, nearby carparks renowned for car stripping with horror stories on the internet, parked near the hotel on a sketchy road which was free after 6.30pm, small room but did the trick.

Angenehmes Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal, Tram-Haltestelle direkt am Hotel

Es gab eine Klimaanlage, die wir sehr freudig benutzt haben :D
Bequeme Betten, sauberes und schönes Zimmer, netter Empfang - es wurde sogar nochmal angerufen, ob alles Recht ist.

Frühstück: Glutenfreies Brot, separat warm gemacht, glutenfreie Cornflakes.

Tramhaltestelle St. Paul direkt am Hotel - sehr praktisch für Reise in Richtung Cadbury (ca. 1h mit Tram und Bus ab Hotel) sowie Abreise in Richtung Birmingham International Airport.

Kostenfreie Gepäckaufbewahrung, bis wir an dem Tag die Rückreise nach Hause antreten mussten.

Cons:

Frühstück ausbaufähig, ich konnte noch nicht mal Käse für mein glutenfreies Brot bekommen.

Parken nicht gut, kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz in der Umgebung musste gesucht werden.

Great stay for the price

Cons:

We stayed in the May heatwave and the aircon didn’t work. We were given a fan but it really didn’t combat the extreme heat in the rooms. A very sweaty uncomfortable couple of nights sleep. Some of the staff were lovely mixed with some real grumpy reception and bar staff.
