Sentralt og med togstasjon rett rundt hjørnet. God og enkel frokost, veldig serviceinnstilte ansatte som hjalp oss med hva vi måtte trenge.
Selv om beliggenheten var sentral, så var det ikke det strøket du ville gått i alene på kveldstid. Kunne også vært godt med kjøleskap på rommene.
Good location and helpful people. Basic breakfasts but several options to choose from.
Air conditioning doesn't always work properly and the inability to open a window can be a problem.
Good curry house across the road also next to bus stop and tram short walk to city centre

Very convenient, good location. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.
The only issue was that the air conditioning was not working in our room and it was a really hot night. We were told about this when checking in and a fan was on in the room when we went in.
The dining area was very busy for breakfast (it was during the European athletics) and the staff struggled to keep up with the clearing of tables.
Especially mae and ryan that work at the reveption were amazing in helping me!

The staff were really helpful. The breakfast was great. It was near St Paul's Square which had lovely cafes and restaurants and also not far to get in the canal path.
It was hot and we couldn't open the window and took a while to work out how to get to the right AC setting.
The room was excellent with everything needed and in great condition. The view was awful, but didn't matter.
Breakfast was surprisingly delicious although they seemed to be catering for a full house.
The Fitness room fell into the trap that most hotels fitness facilities do. Approx 5 cardio machines when 1 or 2 would be enough - and then not enough of anything else.

Breakfast isn’t the best and there wasn’t enough staff on when we arrived on the Friday night so 15-20 minute wait to check in then a hassle in the morning at breakfast

Quiet room with comfy beds and good shower in a great location for exploring the jewellery quarter. Next to tram stop so easy to get to all attractions.
Breakfast was fine but there seemed to be no staff around to clear tables after guests had eaten. Buffet had a good choice of times so a shame that the experience is let down by a lack of staff.
