The staff were brilliant, especially Sarah, Amz and the two ladies who were there when we arrived. The computer systems were down and the staff were rushed off their feet trying to help everyone.
There was a problem with our room, the bathroom/wardrobe door could not be used it appeared to not run on the track! We had our room changed quickly and efficiently the next day. Sarah continued to be very friendly and helpful right through our stay.
The bed was too hard for us and I found it difficult to get any sleep. The situation of one sliding door that either shut the bathroom or the wardrobe was strange…. When it was so stiff to push it was rather embarrassing to have the door of the bathroom open with a mirror opposite!!

Son un poco estrictos a la hora del check in, me hubiera gustado poder dejar mis objetos personales al llegar , aunque no pudiera ingresar a la habitación.
Hotel abbastanza nuovo, camera e bagno tutto sommato spaziosi, pulizia discreta. Avevo richiesto una doppia con due letti singoli ed entrambi i letti erano da una piazza e mezza. Personale gentile e disponibile.
La zona non è delle migliori, a parte un piccolo market h24 poi la zona non offre nulla. La sera tardi c'era la sicurezza all'ingresso (che non depone molto a favore della zona o delle frequentazioni). Il centro è raggiungibile a piedi in 20-25 minuti. Di fianco all'hotel c'è una fermata del tram che porta alla stazione. Colazione abbastanza scadente, non molto varia e con prodotti da discount. Posate spesso incrostate, tavoli puliti alla bell'e meglio, tazze e piatti non proprio lindi. Può andar bene al massimo per una notte di passaggio.

I love the great service and attentiveness that I received from Ryan, the rep that checked me in. He apologized for the room not being to my satisfaction. He was very willing to find a better room for me. He did all he could to accommodate me. I would highly recommend Ryan for recognition for his excellent customer service.
I was also very impressed by the female hotel front desk manager, who willingly went next door to get change for me, so I could leave a tip for the housekeeper. The hotel is a cashless hotel, so they were not able to provide me with any change.
The small hotel rooms with no views. There was just a very small side window in the rooms that had a view to nothing but a train track. The hotel is very old and because it's original design the small back were all facing the same direction to no views. The views from the hallway corridor was great. Regrettably the gotel rooms are all on the other side of the building.
The first room that I was given (341) had a few issues. Of note was the pillowcase which haf a dirty spot on it. This pillowcase should never have been used for guests. Also of note was that a couple of the lights were not working. In the second room that I received and stayed in (#335), the desk lamp did not work, relating to the socket connection. The maintenance person was for the day, so it was more fixed for my overnight stay.
I also did like the location of the hotel. It was I'm a local neighborhood that did not have the best appearance. The staff was very helpful. However, I would not recommend this hotel.

When we came for check in our room was not cleaned the was some plates and bed was not done and we end up with the room that does not have aircon
