Everything
Location, cleanliness, spacious, kitchenette, very clean, and we could get it at the last minute.
Everything was great!
Clean (except for the sofa bed), great size and the kitchenette was good to have
The pillows weren't great and there was only one conditioning shampoo for 4ppl for 3nts
The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. I also liked that we were placed on the first floor of the building with our room facing toward Bass Pro and not the main parking lot.
The breakfast was very subpar. It would be nice to have more breakfast options, such as bagels, microwavable sandwiches, fruits, etc.
Also, we had sugar ants in our room as well as thick black hair all over the bathroom floor when we checked in.
This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in since starting a job that has me traveling 3-4 times a year. I’m at the end of my 2 week stay here. Also, 3 other coworkers stayed at the same time and would agree.
To start with the free breakfast is garbage when they are fully stocked but as the week goes by, they run out of supplies. For example, they have been out of peanut butter, cream cheese, milk, orange juice and even one morning they were out of coffee. That pretty much cuts your breakfast choices in half unless you’re ok with dry cereal.
Next, my room air conditioner must be set on the lowest setting just to keep the room somewhat comfortable. The carpet in my room is gross with sticky spots all over so I have to wear my crocs at all times. The bed is old and sags in spots and the pillows are old and flat. There is 1 pot to cook in, 1 fork, 1 dull steak knife, 1 small bowl but there are at least more than 1 plate and glass. The WiFi also drops in and out which makes working and school work much more tedious than it needs to be.
I could go on but it probably won’t do any good other than to warn other travelers. If you have a choice don’t stay here.
Quiet place. Easily accessible room.
Nothing.
Some of the outlets in the room did not have power, and some lights went out. They also shut the water off for a couple of hours during our stay without any warning/notice.
The location was ok. The beds were ok to sleep in. The staff was good when i left some items. They did not call me i happen to stop by for a charger left in the room.
The breakfast was ok. The pool was horrible. our eyes were dry and burned when we got splashed. there was no towels.
clean, nice room
more places close by to eat
Location, quiet, staff team were very nice, and very comfortable beds
Left too early to participate in the breakfast
We stayed here because there was airport shuttle offered. I even put in a request in advance online when I booked the room. When we arrived we were told that the shuttle was full at that time for “crew” members. We scrambled to find a ride to the airport. The service that picked us up said the same thing happened to someone else the week before. Do not offer a service that you do not have.
Liked the location. Liked that there were a few kitchen necessities available for use.
Breakfast was disappointing. Didn't have enough pillows for our room. Lock on bathroom door was broken.
