The mattress was comfortable.
The pillows weren’t great, and the duvet didn’t have a cover on it. That’s uncomfortable because I know those don’t get washed often - if at all. Just two flat sheets covered the duvet. No extra blankets. The bathroom had a weird brown stain on the wall above the toilet that honestly looked like poop. Me or my husband weren’t brave enough to find out. It just felt cheap for what we paid for. Properly made bed and cleaned bathroom I thought was bare minimum in hospitality.
Typical hot hotel breakfast. Waffles, biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage links, bacon, potatoes. Also had yogurts, cereals as well as a coffee machine and juices.
The rbuilding was really warm once inside and our room was over 80 degrees. The do not let you use the AC. The thermostat in the room appears fake.. It felt scammy. I called the front desk and the girl just gaslights you. They asked what the room temp was and what temp would I like it at? Then tells me they can control the temp in the rooms to a certain extent. Whatever that means. The fake thermostat never changed while we were there. Said 73 degrees the whole time. The AC was plugged in and had electric connection. In reality Its a dupe..a fake...a phony.
Clean property and room. Close to Seattle and to shopping, movies and food, but far enough out of the way of traffic. We stayed here 5 nights and have no major complaints. Breakfast was great! Water pressure in shower was awesome. Comfortable beds and pillows. Spacious room.
A/C in room was hard to regulate. Either very cold or too warm.

The AC unit turns on and off. So it would wake me up every time it turned off. I woke up like 5 times during the night to turn it on again as I need white noise to sleep. The walls are very thin and I could hear my neighbor snoring loudly all night. I could hear children screaming and playing in the next room as well. They ran out of water bottles but we were happy to see filtered water in the gym. The mini fridge was not cold at all.
Upon check in the staff at the desk was hilarious and had us laughing. Very great energy. I loved that it was right off the highway. It made it easy to come and go.
The elevator was a little scary.
Breakfast was excellent! Very clean!
The view of my room was to a wall:( they could have done better. Hotel is not very close to town.

Guest were having a party in the pool and left it a mess. We couldn't use it that night and then in the morning is was closed for cleaning. So my kids missed out on swimming during our stay.

Exceptional continental breakfast, very clean and helpful staff. The room was nice and cozy. Water pressure from the shower was better than my home
Elevator was sketchy at times and the clocks in the room were not set properly, but this is nitpicking
