It was clean. The bathroom floor was clean. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

Second day the breakfast wasn't. No eggs, sausage, no forks, no coffee the employee didn't come in. Help did come in, but we had to leave.

Pros:

We came into town for a wrestling tournament at the Highlands Sports Complex and this hotel was about 10-15 mins away. The hotel was clean, room was nice and the staff were friendly. The price point was ideal. It was the perfect stay for our trip. We would definitely stay there again.

Traffic noise and noise generated by the next door business was a nuisance, otherwise enjoyable stay
Pros:

Breakfast originally appeared exceptional, lots of choices - beverages offered choices - particularly liked the coffee machine. Equipment problems were evident in the food options. Lifting the covers on anything, particularly the bread/baked items reveals that water collecting inside the domed covers was draining into the pans, or else was spilling onto the food when lifted. Preparation of the food was better than adequate, cleanliness was very good - staff were attentive.

Cons:

Don't really have a complaint. Found the 'office' chair was defective when I sat down. And noticed that the mirror intstalled on the wall inside the shower was badly rusted and staining the back wall of the shower. Reported to management, diligently noted. When we can, we like to use Sleep Inn at this location because it is very convenient for us. It has improved every time we visit and can make a reservation. Busy location.
