Very nice, very comfortable, perfect for city break or stay during ASOT
Pros:

Very helpful staff, hotel was very close to Rotterdam central train station and surrounded by lot lots of restaurants and cafes. Another positive thing was that tram stop was very close.

Cons:

Because of how much room reservations were made, I had to switch rooms after first night - I understand the circumstances, and of course it's better to switch rooms than not to have a room at all. Also, at the evening in hotel's shop there was no sandwiches with any meat.

Pros:

The room was nice but freezing cold. We had to get special instructions to find out how to change the thermostat - which fixed it nicely.

Cons:

Breakfast was included making it a bit of a fight to get a coffee in the morning.

Breath of fresh air after staying in previous small shoe box rooms in Amsterdam.
Pros:

Room was well sized, as was shower and bathroom. Complementary breakfast was great - had all the things that I like.
