Не предоставили для ребенка отдельную кроватку, а за ребенка взяли 80 злотых при выселении, при том что ребенок спал вместе с мамой на одной кровати
Ogólnie podoba mi się wszystko. Hotel jest bardzo przytulny i cichy. Naokoło bardzo dużo terenów zielonych Także spokojnie można odpocząć. Bardzo pyszne śniadania i duży wybór wszystkiego. Dużo dań wege i dla wegetarianu albo osób nie jedzących mięsa. Pokoje zawsze czyste i pachnące. Obsługa na recepcji zawsze bardzo miła życzliwa i uprzejma. Pozdrawiam całą załogę recepcji z panią kierownik, panią Dominiką.
Wszystkie osoby pracujące w recepcji zasługują na nagrodę i docenienie ich ciężkiej pracy. Ponieważ Zdarza się że goście hotelowi mają czasami różne wymagania i prośby.

Pan dyrektor Mariusz powinien się dowiedzieć jaką ma świetnie wyszkoloną załogę całego hotelu.
No przecież nie mogę zapomnieć również o cudownej i bardzo pracowitej pani Zosi z restauracji. Pani Zosia to taki nieoszlifowany diament. Proszę o niego bardzo dbać i go pilnować.

Замість заброньованої кімнати з балконом на 1 поверсі отримали кімнату з даховими вікнами на 3 поверсі. Лійка в душі зламана, вода заледве тепла .
