El gimnasio

Cons:

Cometí un error con las fechas, y en vez de intentar solucionarlo, se ponen a decir que todo tiene que "aprobarlo" Booking. Llamo a Booking y me dicen que no, que es el alojamiento quien tiene que aprobar o bien la cancelación o bien el cambio de fecha. Entiendo que es un error mío, pero me tuvieron 3 horas esperando cuando en la app ponía que ya podía hacer el check in para la fecha correcta (se había aceptado el cambio). Después de esta larga espera porque no les daba la gana comprobar si podía entrar ya o no (solo se dedicaban a decir que Booking tenía que aprobarlo), me mandan a una habitación ENANA, un cuarto de baño con un color que daba dolor de cabeza y en la planta baja por 123 pavazos. En resumen, gestión PÉSIMA.

Luego añadir que el restaurante no merece absolutamente nada la pena. Un solo de salmón seco y chico (16€), una ensalada césar que se salvó por el pollo, 14€.

Señores, es un hotel de 4 estrellas, comportaos y prestad los servicios como tal. Esto diferencia mucho de un hostal.
