Me gustó mucho el lugar, muy cómodo, no le doy 5 estrellas porque lo habría disfrutado más con aire acondicionado. No me di cuenta al hacer la reserva que no disponía de aire porque directamente no la hacía. Pero en general muy bien

Was a real nice stay

Ha sido horrible. Dos días sin poder descansar nada. Eso es un paraíso para la gente que va de fiesta, dos noches con gente que está en la piscina toda la noche y madrugada gritando.

Udmærket hotellejlighed med stue/køkken, badeværelse, soveværelse. Der var altan. Der var skabe og skuffer til opbevaring af tøj, ligesom der var plads til toiletartikler på badeværelset. Beliggenheden er central ift strand, busforbindelser og en masse spisesteder. Vi havde ophold i 6 nætter og det fungerede fint

The location was good and staff were helpful but opposite was a a large hotels air conditioner that would start up around 02:00 and run most of the night. so a droning noise kept us awake. I do not know if this affected all rooms and I am sorry for these apartments as they likely cannot do much about it.

These have now been overtaken by new company. This is noticeable
No sign of anybody except cleaners. Who by way are as helpful as they can be. No reception whatsoever. No paperwork with information anywhere not even in room. Never showed passport for whole two weeks probably wouldn’t go in pool wasn’t the best tbh. We loved this place but probably won’t use for a while and hopefully they can get on track

Great location, reasonably comfortable. Nice pool. Lots of stuff didn't work in the kitchen, there was no one to tell as reception didn't exist. Frustrating.

It is always sad to leave such bad reviews but, I have honestly never stayed in a worst place. The lift worked on and off, the vendor machine was out of order, there was never anyone at reception, the quality of the room and walls was terrible and worst of all, I found bugs inside the bed. Unfortunately only noticed them on the second night.

Fysiskt obemannad reception. Städning väldigt sporadiskt. Två gånger på sju dagar hade vi städning av rummet. Bra läge.

This was our first day.. the over all place wasn’t the cleanest.
I never seen one person clean by the pool area in the 5 days I was there.
Good location that’s it..
No staff hardly around to ask anything either you got to phone up.
No proper room to keep your suitcases
If you’re on a late flight either.

Comfortable stay close to beach ⛱

Shocking place to stay. It is let to groups of young Spaniards for 1-2 nights who cause mayhem. Sex in pool. Sex on loungers during the day. Fighting and doors banging. That's before I even start on the sub standard accommodation. Pool was disgusting. Seems there was problem with filtration system. Not that we were told this. I happened to video a conversation of which I had translated. Complaint made to Tui. Absolutely disgusted that TUI are selling accommodation of this poor quality! Cleaners do next to nothing. We actually had to ask for broom to sweep out apartment. Worst sleep deprived 2weeks of my life! Had to pay 89 euros to keep room on. The lift to courtesy was out of order for duration and as I am disabled, I had no choice but to pay this so I could shower before travelling home. Dirty bed linen. Dangerous furniture. Dirty crockery. One bed change in 2 weeks! The list is endless.

EXCELLENT LOCATION

Posto abbastanza vecchio. Le foto sono fatte molto bene e la struttura non è esattamente come appare in foto.
La piscina è piccola e abbastanza sporca.
Il giardino è bello e curato.
Rapporto qualità prezzo discreto.

Great budget hotel

On arrival, I had a challenge due to my phone being water damaged and as the gate was locked I had to contact reception via phone to gain access to the key lock box.
The number advertised to call wouldn't work, I had to remove the 00 and replace with a +.

I could just about make out the key code from the voice on the other end of the phone, room number and floor.

Upon checking in the room, I found it spacious and considerably clean, it was around 10:30pm on arrival and ventured into town for a quick bite to eat, which only takes 5-10 mins walk.

The room doesn't have an oven, but an electric hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and fridge. Luckily I'd packed my travel iron as the room didn't have one.

On the morning I ventured to the beach, again only 5 mins away. I spent most days on the beach as I'm not a pool person but the pool area looked fine.

You have two keys, one for the main gate and one for your room. Be careful not to forget your key as your door looks behind you. I asked reception for a fan and one appeared. My room was cleaned 6/7 days.

I only noticed on the last night that the main TV didn't work, but as I've not watched TV I wanted to catch up on the local news. The bedroom also has a TV.

Most people Ive spoke with have all said it's a decent hotel and great location, just a little dated. But I've stayed in much worse before and overall I would return for the location.

I travelled solo, felt very safe in this hotel. I emailed prior to arrival directly with the hotel and arranged any floor but the ground floor. This enabled me to keep the doors open at night for fresh air. But the room didn't get to hot.
You got used to the fans going off at the neighbours hotel.

There's a supermarket very close by that I'd use for water and snacks.

Upon check out 11am, I was given a key to reception as the door would be locked to enable me to gain access to my suitcase case, shower, loo and a towel.

Overall, give this place a chance if your after a central, no fuss holiday. I will book again as mentioned. Staff are helpful and the phone is always answered.

- We had bedbugs (CHINCHES), got covered in terrible bites. Wasted a day changing rooms, checking and cleaning all our clothes, wasted money buying products to fumigate the luggage and health products to treat the extreme itchiness and swelling.
- The place is not secure. The rooms get hot at night and there is no airconditioning, so logically you leave the door ajar to let some air in. We caught a guy trying to enter the room where my sister in law and her 5 year old were sleeping. We don't know if his intention was to steal or something more sinister. The security guard didn't seem to care and the property owners didn't respond to our messages about this incident. it's very easy in this property for someone to jump the wall and try to enter the flats.
- The reception is only open for a limited time, so you are effectively alone. On two seperate nights other guests held parties late into the night and we could only sleep with ear plugs.
- The airconditioning units of the building in front of the complex are extremely loud, again you need earplugs to sleep.

Dirty everywhere and used kitchen tools that were not cleaned ect.. broken shower head, the floor made our feet black of dirt. This hotel also seems like a popular place for people that smokes marijuana.... It smelled like weed day in and day out... it was also no air condition, and the lights outside were on all night…never again.
