I’ve been staying at this accommodation for six years. It’s spacious, and the kitchen is clean and nice.

For small-statured Asians, the bed is too high and the air conditioner is too loud, making it uncomfortable to sleep.

Would like the fact that Cape Charles Beach and their fabulous restaurants were closed bye, also having breakfast at stingray's restaurant was wonderful.

Cons:

We requested a first floor room when we made the reservation but didn't get one for the second year in a row. The refrigerator had Rusty exterior panels and the rack in the freezer was rusted as well. Window blinds in the front of the room were broken on a couple rows. Also the ice maker did not work in the refrigerator and you had to walk to the other end of the hotel and down to the first floor laundry to get ice.

Not bad if you’re eating out every meal.
Pros:

Good size of room. Plenty of storage space. There is a kitchen.

Cons:

Kitchen is absolutely not usable. Dirty pans, flatware and dishes. Lip marks on wine glasses. They ask you to wash your dishes but don’t enforce and don’t check. So either you wash after the last guest or you skip the kitchen entirely. Beware if you come with small kids and expect to use stove and other appliances. But of course they leave an envelope expecting your generosity to tip the “hard working staff”.
