Cons:

douche avec écoulement légèrement bouché, un peu bruyant entre 2H et 4H du matin, climatisation juste au dessus de la tête de lit.

L’emplacement

Cons:

Attention si vous choisissez la chambre réservée/accessible PMR : elle se trouve derrière l’hôtel avec un accès direct sur la rue et n’a rien de glamour. Elle est différente des autres chambres de l’hôtel

It was not a hotel. From 9pm at night til 740am it was locked and no staff or facilities. Old. Dated. Noisy. Hot. Would not recommend.

The air conditioner was set to 18 degrees but it felt so hot. It was not, in any way, cool. And certainly not 18 degrees. I was told that, as I tried to change it to cool, I had interrupted other peoples’ access to the air conditioner as all rooms were connected to the same system. This was not explained at the time of booking or check-in. I have never experienced that situation.
The location was very good.

Great, Friendly Little Hotel
Pros:

A boutique hotel right in the centre of Biarritz Old Town. Our room was at the back, so it was very quiet. We had a bath with a shower over as well as a separate shower. Our large bed was comfortable and we had coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast was really good and the bar prices were very reasonable. All in all, a great place to stay.

Le personnel à l'accueil, adorable et très serviable. L'emplacement de l'hotel. la déco de la chambre. La propreté.

Cons:

la chambre était petite. Pas d'endroit pour poser la valise. Dommage qu'il n'avait pas de savon au niveau du lavabo. Il fallait utiluser le porte-gel de lavage qui était fixé au mur dans la douche!!!
