Pros:

Pros:

L’hôtel est en plein centre, ce qui permet de tout faire à pied sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture. La chambre est également spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Dommage que ces points positifs soient fortement ternis par les problèmes d’insonorisation et surtout la présence de cafards signalés dans mon autre commentaire.

Cons:

Malheureusement, mon séjour a été fortement décevant en raison de plusieurs problèmes importants.

Tout d’abord, il est indiqué que l’hôtel est bien insonorisé, mais ce n’est absolument pas le cas. L’isolation phonique est très insuffisante et l’on entend pratiquement tout : les conversations et les passages des autres clients dans le couloir, les bars situés aux alentours, les personnes qui marchent dans la rue jusqu’à 4 h du matin, ainsi que les différents bruits de circulation vers 5 h du matin. Il est donc très difficile de dormir correctement.

Mais surtout, j’ai eu la très mauvaise surprise de trouver des CAFARDS DANS MA CHAMBRE !!!!! Oui, des CAFARDS sur mon lit et par terre !!!!! Je trouve cela totalement inadmissible !

La présence de cafards dans une chambre d’hôtel, et plus particulièrement sur le lit est un problème d’hygiène extrêmement sérieux et ne devrait absolument pas être tolérée dans un établissement hôtelier. C’est de loin le problème le plus grave rencontré durant mon séjour et cela a rendu l’expérience particulièrement désagréable.

Hotel maravilhoso, localização 5*, mas sem quartos preparados para famílias.
Pros:

A localização do Hotel é espetacular, o bar onde servem o pequeno-almoço também tem muitas e boas opções e há uma pequena zona para crianças que os nossos filhos adoraram. As pessoas da receção sempre foram muito prestáveis e simpáticas para connosco.

Cons:

Ficámos num quarto familiar (2 adultos e 2 crianças) e praticamente não tínhamos espaço para andar dentro do quarto. A logística familiar foi um pouco complicada.

This place needs a reset and investment to be brought up to date
Pros:

The location. The bed. That's all.

Cons:

The loud street noise through the night from the street. The woeful air conditioning. The poor state of towels. The 20 year old TV. Just the whole place needed a refresh and an upgrade. Way overpriced for what you get. They still use a key and lock, no digital card keys!

It was okay but there are far nicer places to stay in Biarritz.
Cons:

Room was tiny and air con unit didn’t cool the room down (even though it was on). Couldn’t fit the pram in the lift or in the room. Place is full of peeling paint and quite rude staff.
