Important information:

Dear guests, the team of ROCA VERDE welcomes you to our complex. Roca Verde offers an atmosphere created so that you can enjoy an excellent experience during your vacation. RESPECT for any guests is our top priority, which is why we have defined a series of policies and information based on respect among and for guests:
- In order to guarantee the greatest possible peace of mind for our guests, it is strictly prohibited to invite friends/family to the establishment.
- Only as many people as are registered at reception can stay in the apartment, taking into account the selected rate.
- The use of the pool is exclusive for guests. People who are not staying at Roca Verde and, therefore, duly registered at reception cannot enter. Our lifeguard has a daily list of clients and is authorized to make any checks he deems appropriate. Bathing is prohibited when there is no lifeguard and at night.
- Minors require adult supervision to swim in the pool.
- It is strictly prohibited to bring any type of drink packaged in glass to the pool area.
- Make sure your music does not disturb other guests. If you bring music to the pool or common places, use headphones.
- Smoking is not allowed in the pool or inside the apartments, although it is allowed on the terraces. This complies with the laws in force in Spain. - If you are staying on the first floor, jumping off the balcony to access the pool / return to the apartment is prohibited.
- It is prohibited to feed cats. - Loss of key costs €60 and loss of white card costs €3.
- Towel changes will take place every 3 days. The sheets will be changed every 5.
- Pool/beach towels are available for loan. A €10 cash deposit per towel is required and will be refunded when the towel is returned.
- Please note that the improvement workworks at Roca Verde Apartments start at 10:00 AM and finish at 17:00 PM from Monday to Friday. During this time, noise and disturbances may occur. Sorry for the inconveniences. Failure to comply with any of the prohibitions mentioned above may result in you being evicted from your apartment without the right to any compensation or refund of payments made. Thank you.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

An Schlaf ist nicht zu denken.
Pros:

Die Anlage mag ja nahe am Strand sein und einen Fitnessraum haben. Aber das nutzt alles nichts, wenn man durch Straßenlärm kein Auge zumachen kann.
Die Aussicht auf die Dünen war wirklich nett.

Cons:

Wir waren nur eine Nacht da und haben uns gefragt wie es wohl Gäste dort 2 Wochen aushalten. Das Hotel liegt an einer Hauptdurchgangsstraße, durch die Busse und Laster fahren. Die Fenster der Wohnung sind Einfachfenster, ohne jeglichen Schallschutz. In dieser Lage wären unbedingt Schallschutzfenster erforderlich.
Die Betten waren zu schmal, um darauf bequem schlafen zu können.

The location. Pool area. Good looking gym (did not try). Very polite and helpful staff.

Cons:

The accommodation itself is quite old and had a "makeover" but it does not hide a lot of things. The windows and doors installed to the balconys has really visible gaps between them and walls, which creates a situation when you constantly hear the noise from the street or have a draft of wind. Also there is a some sort of a club or diner nextdoor, which had "mini concerts" several nights in a row until nearly midnight, so it was not so nice with a baby and poor insulation windows...
The kitchen did not have a knife that was able to cut an apple - reception managed to find a "packaging knife" as a replacement, which at least was sharp.
Curtains really needs cleaning!

Cons:

Que al llegar al alojamiento solicitan 150€ de fianza, para ver esa información en Booking te aparece cuando vas a pagar Que si es en efectivo te lo devuelven al dia siguiente y si lo hacen con tarjeta, primero que si lo devolvian en 1 semana y despues que en 10 dias habiles y el banco confirmo que puede tardar hasta tres semanas. Cuando llegaron a la habitacion solo tenian un jaboncillo para dos personas, ni gel ni champus.
