Pros:

wir waren nicht im Roca Verde sondern im Folias Hotel in San Agustin. Haben dafür das Frühstück kostenlos erhalten und waren mit dem Zimmer mit grosser Terrasse bei diesem stürmischen Wetter sehr zufrieden

The breakfast in New Folias hotel was good.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we were not accommodated at the Roca Verde hotel, despite booking ten months in advance, due to overbooking. Although Roca Verde offered us alternative accommodation at the New Folias hotel, with compensation that included breakfast and access to Roca Verde's pool and gym, the experience was not satisfactory.

The new hotel was located in a different district, far from Playa del Ingles, which significantly hindered our access to desired locations. Furthermore, while we were offered the use of Roca Verde's gym, this was impractical as the hotel was 3 km away from our new accommodation. This situation created significant inconvenience and deviated from our expectations.

Vuosi vuoden jälkeen palaamme aina tähän samaan huoneistohotelliin, se ylittää joka kerta odotukset.

Hyvä palvelu kaikinpuolin ja todella ystävällinen henkilökunta. Huone ylittänyt odotuksemme joka vuosi. Huone ollut vähintään toiveidemme mukainen. Mukava ja rauhallinen allasalue. Hotellin sijainti ensiluokkainen. Aamupala tilauksesta tarjolla, mutta tätä emme ole kokeilleet. Siisti ja viihtyisä huoneistohotelli kaikkinensa.

Pros:

Ideaalne asukoht, rannapromenaadi vahetus läheduses. Meie tuba asus 5. korrusel, kust avanes kena vaade ookeanile ja liivadüünidele. Basseiniala oli korralik ja puhas, esimesel korrusel oli hea sisustusega jõusaal. Administraatorid olid viisakad ja abivalmid.

Cons:

Hotelli tubasid on küll veidi renoveeritud (vannituba ja elutuba), aga koridorid ja tubade välisuksed vajaksid samuti kiiret uuenduskuuri. Hetkel on maja sisemus väga aegunud, ka rõdude piirdelauad tuleks üle värvida. Vaatamata vanamoelisele interjöörile oli puhkus ikkagi nauditav.
