A very nice small hotel that is well located and well suited to family or business stay.
Pros:

The front desk staff and manager were friendly, helpful and simply kind. The location was perfect and the overall condition of the property was great.

Cons:

The fact that the availability of the seasonal pool is not communicated to guests prior to reservation. The fact that there is not any shopping options (grocery, sundry, clothes) in walking distance.

Good Convenient Stay
Pros:

I like how close this hotel was to my daughter's dance competition event, I like how affordable it was to get such a nice king size suite that fits 3-4 people. I loved the breakfast, it was delicious, hot and fresh.

Cons:

The only things I didn't like was that there was hardly any parking for hotel residents and I didn't like how firm the bed was.

Very outdated, bad smell, nasty furniture
Pros:

The hotel is older than it appears in the photos. The walls are super thin and the rooms are showing their age. The fridge in our room was so loud we had to unplug it. Cabinets are damaged and don’t align right. Couches are stained. Rugs are stained. The rooms also smell pretty dank. There was recent water damage and a half assed drywall patch just outside our room that contributed to the smell. The luggage rack in our room was broken and we only had one for a 2 bedroom. The sleeper sofa was on sad shape. The parking lot was full and we had to park across the street. On the bright side the front desk person was super friendly and efficient. The facilities and maintenance really let this place down. The attached pictures just so a sampling of how bad it is. I could have taken a picture of every furniture pieces, wall, or carpet and there would be stains or damage on it. I wouldn’t come back.

Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

Limited parking. Had to pay extra for a parking garage. Toilet seat very low to the floor. Old style mattress with springs. Breakfast was average.

All good except furniture and lighting.
Pros:

We were in a two bedroom suite with a main connecting room in between. The bathrooms looked like new and were well lit. The bedrooms were comfortable and pretty well lit. It was awesome having three TVs. Parking was super handy and free. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly, helpful, and efficient.

Cons:

The furniture was very dated especially in the main middle connecting room. This wasn’t furniture not shabby chic. It was just old and dinged and chipped. Maybe they’re were going for a vintage vibe but it’s not working. Another issue in that main area was extremely poor lighting.

Cons:

the stay was over Christmas -- not a holiday decoration in sight, however a Christmas party was held that appeared to be staff, etc. so it doesn't seem it was in an effort to not offend any guests ... also, while I understand the holiday break for staff and the every other day room cleaning, we stayed 4 nights and there was no visit by housekeeping during the stay

Highly recommend!
Pros:

Best hotel we’ve come across so far along our driving trip! Clean throughout the building and generously spacious room with kitchenette. Check-in was simple with really helpful staff who also gave some delicious food recommendations (Samantha’s Tavern & Grill, Table 28, Does Eat Food). Parking is super safe and well lit.
Breakfast was fine: good options for eggs and sausage patties in addition to standard continental offerings. Coffee was excellent!!
Overall: clean, safe, and wonderful facilities. Gym was small but mighty - had everything you’d need for a workout while on a trip!
Would definitely stay here again!
