el aire hace mucho ruido
y tarda muchísimo en salir el agua caliente
El desayuno es completo, siempre hay chilaquiles y huevo guisado
La alberca con agua sucia
Das Zimmer hatte einen Kühlschrank und das Internet war gut. Im Badezimmer gab es eine Badewanne und Dusche.
Das Frühstück war recht mexikanisch, nicht unbedingt viel, was gesund ist. Dafür gab es echtes Geschirr, was auch nicht in jedem Hotel noch normal ist. Allerdings mussten wir das Personal erst darauf aufmerksam machen, dass keine sauberen Tassen mehr vorhanden sind und einige Essensbehälter nachgefüllt werden müssen. Dies wurde allerdings promt erledigt
El trato y trabajo del personal del hotel fue muy bueno, se comportaron amables y resolvieron todas mis dudas
La alberca y el gym son muy buenos
El baño de la habitación 414 tiene una fuga constante no se escucha mucho pero si te acercas lo suficiente la escucharas.
Para bañarse tiene problema con la regadera y la llave que llena la tina y uno no se puede bañar a gusto
El Desayuno fue de lo mas corriente, lo único bueno era el cafe y el jugo, la comida no tenía mal sabor pero fueron muy pocos platillos nadie limpiaba, y no había trastes limpios
El desayuno estaba muy rico en especial la sopa de nopales.
El agua de la piscina estaba muy fria.

Muy bien hotel aunque no pude disfrutar d ella pscina por el clima que estaba frío
La cama
La atención de la encargada de recepción, el agua congelada de la alberca. Mala gestión del daypass y que no estaba habilitada la mesa de billar.
Adicionalmente dicen que son pet friendy pero no dice que te cobran $500 pesos para poderlo meter. Cabe mencionar que en ningún lugar dice y se podría prestar a engaños
