Más de lo que esperaba, una bonita sorpresa.
Pros:

El cuarto está muy equipado. Y además tiene mucho espacio. Todo muy limpio. Tiene restaurantes justo en frente, ideal para viajes de negocio.

Muy mal servicio ya que al llegar nos dijeron que estaba lleno que ya no había habitaciones disponibles ,siendo que se había reservado con días de anticipación, y ni si quiera una disculpas por el personal al contrario con prepotencia que la culpa era de la plataforma.

Que la habitación tiene refrigerador.

Cons:

Que nos cambiaron de habitación a una peor porque llevaba a mi pequeña perrita que mide 25 cm. Y lo hicieron deliberadamente porque cuando hice la reservación dije que llevaba a mi perrita, nos dieron una habitación con el colchón más duro, no había cobija y yo sentía frío porque estoy acostumbrada a un clima templado todo el año. En fin, la segunda vez que me hospedé no fué muy agradable desde la atención de la empleada que hace el registro. El botones brillando por su ausencia, fumando frente al hotel.

El desayuno del domingo decia que empezaba a las 7am, pero di tres vueltas y aun no estaba listo. Se le durmio el gallo al Chef. El desayuno buffet estuvo servido por completo a las 7:50am
