Average. Needs serious eforts for regular maintenance of room comfort.
Aircon is strictly sub par. TV/cable does not work. The hotel is somewhat indifferent about it. Breakfast is also sub par.
Late night and early morning noises in the hallway wake you up.

The staff is friendly, the room was clean, the breakfast was great. No complaints at all.

We stayed at The Hawaii Comforts for 6 days. The hotel offered a great value - it was affordable and met our expectations.

We selected the Luxury Room with Balcony. It had a Queen bed and separate twin bed, which was comfortable for 3 adults. Our room was on the second floor, accessible by a small elevator or stairs. The balcony was a nice way to enjoy the surroundings.

The location was good, walking distance to Hawaii Beach and not far from Dona Paula Jetty. The area itself was more local, but downtown Panaji was only 10 minutes away. An added bonus was being able to observe the neighboring community in their daily life (e.g. the paowalla on his bike going from door-to-door).

The front desk and room service staff was friendly and helpful, assisting with our luggage and providing us whatever we needed (e.g. extra towel). We were welcomed with a kokum drink upon arrival.

Having an onsite restaurant was convenient, offering the option of dining in or room service. We enjoyed a nice variety of Indian and Western food for breakfast, lunch & dinner. The wait staff was attentive.

The only issues we had were spotty wifi, thin walls (noisy neighbors our first two nights), and our air conditioner broke our first day but repair staff was able to fix it within an hour. But these were small inconveniences amidst a generally pleasant stay.

I wholeheartedly recommend The Hawaii Comforts to anyone visiting Goa.

We had the very poor judgement of making the booking with this poor quality The Hawaii Comfort Hotel from 25 Jan until 1 Feb.

The breakfast is always served cold - and myself and other guests got told this breakfast has been serviced since last 10 years - such poor quality and poor customer service.

The bathroom exhaust was not working as a result bathroom was always smelly and muggy

The hotel staff only provided half toilet paper for 3 guests per day and when asked for another roll, they refused - the reason they gave - guests steal the toilet paper and take home.

The towel rail in the bathroom was broken.

We had booked through Make My Trip - who are equally worst. I have tried to get in touch with them with various means - including their ceo, but i did not get any response.

I had asked the hotel front desk, to give us a refund, so we can find a decent and respectable accommodation. We were given excuses that somebody would come back to us - nobody did.

I would definitely not encourage nor recommend any other people to fall into this trap and never book through Make My Trip or the Hawaii Comforts. NO WAY

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here – the staff was helpful and friendly, and the area is fantastic, with a small, quiet beach just down the road. I hope to go back!

The staff is polite and helpful, though service can sometimes be slow, especially during peak hours. The breakfast options are limited but satisfactory. It’s mostly a simple spread, which may not appeal to those expecting a more varied or elaborate selection.

While the hotel is budget-friendly and serves as a decent base for exploring Goa, it lacks some of the finer touches that could elevate it to a more memorable experience.

Overall, Hawaii Comforts Hotel is a good option for travelers on a budget who prioritize location and basic comfort over luxury. It’s not a bad choice, but there’s potential for it to be much better.

Average for the price, service has become worse since stayed there in March.Breakfast ideal if you are of Indian origin otherwise wit definitely be a challenge.
Maintenance is lacking, shower control came off in my hand.
Limited staff who speak English

Quaint little area near a small beach front for an amazing price

Clean, spacious rooms. The location is also quite nice. Near to Dona Paula beach and in a very quite lane.

One suggestion would be to add more local goan delicacies to the food menu. Breakfast is also adequate enough. Will look to stay in future.

I'm regular customer of Hawaii Comfort , but this time we faced many incident at hotel . They dont have multiple Restaurant menu , they dont allow outside food , whatever they have is not up to the quality. Overall Worst Breakfast service experience & no many options for customer.

Spent here a night with family. The location is excellent with a beach just 70-100 mts. The service of the hotel is excellent. The food is tasty. The breakfast spread is limited but tasty. The rooms are spacious with balconies. Overall an amazing stay, away from the crowd.

I stayed for 5 nights. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff is wonderful, helpful and accommodating. They all went above and beyond to ensure I had a good stay, helped booking cabs, provide suggestions. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Location was also great, safe and a few minutes walk to the beach and Dona Paula circle. I loved staying at this hotel, and I would definitely stay here again.

A nice place to stay in.Rooms were spacious and clean. The restaurants were also good and reasonably priced. However, senior citizens and those with knee problems could find the walk to the main road pretty challenging

Quiet location, just a quick 5 minute walk to a nearby taxi/tuk tuk stand or you can hire a taxi through the hotel. About 5 minute drive from Miramar Beach. The room was clean, staff was helpful. Restaurant food/breakfast was good.

Very pleasant experience. Clean comfortable spacious rooms with adequate proper amenities. Comfortable bed and pillow. More than enough options for the buffet breakfast. Delicious food and good service by friendly staff. Great Location, 2 mins walking from the beach and also the Dona Paula jetty. Calm, serene surroundings tucked away into a small quaint lane, hence avoiding the traffic noise.
Easy to get rickshaws, Buses and even private cars. Hardly 10 mins from the Miramar beach and the main road.
Definitely would recommend for a peaceful stay.

A simple hotel with good food and friendly staff in a quiet area of Goa. The beach in front is more for walk rather than bathing. I'd go back in the future.
