Pros:

トランジットの為に半日ほど滞在。評価が高く虫の心配が無さそうで決めました。
スタッフの方は皆さん本当に親切で丁寧な対応で、ホスピタリティの高さを感じました。
部屋の設備で不明点があれば駆けつけて丁寧に教えていただけたし、タオルやシーツは清潔で、安心して眠れました。
早朝のチェックアウトを伝えると、朝御飯を持たせてくれるお心遣いも嬉しかったです。
ただ、お部屋の設備が少々…結構古くてビックリしました。
通常の注意を払ってお風呂に入ったものの、玄関前スペースが洪水に。バスタブの排水もずっと押さえておく必要があったので、私は片足立ちで目をつぶってシャンプーを流すという技が身に付きました。
タオルも清潔ですが擦りきれていて…きっとしっかり洗濯されてるんだろうなと思いました。

名前もわかっていて、スムーズにに部屋に行くことができました。翌日もタクシーの手配から買い物の場所など丁寧に教えてくれて、とても感じが良かったです。

トンニャット公園の近くで散歩によい。近くには日本の会社の経営するスーパーが有り、ハノイ駅の直ぐ側にある。
日本食レストランまでは徒歩25分程かかる。朝食ビュッフェは美味しかった

給湯機能に問題あり。
最初だけ熱い湯がでるが、すぐにぬるま湯以下の温度に下がってしまい、ゆっくりシャワーをあびたり、バスタブにつかったりできない。

It was very reasonable, the room was spacious and clean, and I was able to relax. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were kind. The only problem was that the water cooled down quickly when I was taking a shower, but overall it was a good deal considering the price of the accommodation.

空港からバスで移動するならおすすめです
Pros:

日本語は通じませんが、従業員はみんな親切です。ハノイ駅から徒歩15分くらいなので、空港から86番バスで安く安全に移動できます。ベトナムの都市はどこも道路がカオス状態なので、お年寄りや子連れの方は十分気を付けてください。

Very comfortable hotel
Pros:

Whilst it’s not in Old town, I’m glad. This is a lovely & comfortable room. The restaurant has delicious food, at good prices, so you don’t have to go far. There’s a convenient story just around the corner.
