とにかくスタッフが素晴らしい！

悪いところが１つもない！
駅近、大浴場(サウナと露天風呂あり)、朝食ビュッフェ、部屋の広さ、、、。
何よりもスタッフの方が全員とても親切で、接客が気持ちいい✨
80代の両親が利用したためWi-Fiの繋ぎ方が分からず質問したところ丁寧に教えてくださったり、何度も確認してしまっても笑顔で対応してくださり、２泊しましたが快適の極みだったようです。
両親はしきりに「また泊まりたい」を連発していて、予約した私まで幸せな気持ちになりました。
フロントの田中さんとサクラさん、Wi-Fiを繋いでくださった若い方…、本当にありがとうございました💕

Pros:

徒歩圏内でコンビニや飲食店などあるので過ごしやすかったですし、大浴場も嬉しいサービスでした。ただ、少し壁が薄く隣の部屋の方のいびきや線路が近いので電車の音が聞こえます。
アメニティーで耳栓がありますが、音に敏感な方は過ごしにくくなるかもしれません。
私みたいに気にしない方は普通に過ごせます。

隣の部屋との壁が少し薄いのかも。
いびきや話し声が聞こえます。
アメニティで耳栓が置いてあるので、きになるなら耳栓をした方が良いかもです？

清潔で従業員の方の対応も親切で良かったです。大浴場とサウナがあることで宿泊をを決めましたが、サウナの匂いがきつく、水風呂も故障中で使えなかったので残念です。

Pros:

総合的には良いのですが
お風呂のゴミはずっと捨ててない
朝1番に入ったのに脱衣所は髪の毛だらけ
絶対掃除してない。
これは毎回お風呂に関しては
ゴミと髪の毛は気になります、、
洗面器にも髪の毛がべっとり付いてて
そのまま伏せてある。
改善を希ます。
その他は最高です。
