Perfect hotel with perfect staff & location.
Pros:

1. It had a perfect location.
2. The staff are very professional, friendly & cooperative. Salih (in the front desk) did his best to give me one of the best rooms in the hotel, he was very friendly & professional with a unique nice smile all the time :) 😊.
Moreover, Sukran was very helpful during checkout process.

This was my first experience in this hotel & I am sure I will be regular customer with them.

Great Stay in Istanbul
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay during a long weekend trip. The room was nicely furnished, clean, and comfortable. While the hotel shows some signs of age and minor wear in certain areas, everything was well maintained overall. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the bedding was soft and cozy, which made for a great night’s sleep.

The location is one of the hotel’s biggest advantages. It is conveniently situated within walking distance of the Bosphorus waterfront, Taksim Square, and the main shopping streets, making it easy to explore the city.

As we mainly used the hotel for sleeping and spent most of our time sightseeing, we did not have the opportunity to try the breakfast and therefore cannot comment on it.

Pros:

We loved our stay so much, the hammam is beautiful, clean and quiet, the gym is really well equipped and the breakfast is amazing with lots of healthy options and of course delicious not so healthy options. Lastly the staff are amazing, from the check in, to the housekeeping, to the team at the hammam/fitness. Thanks to an amazing team we hope to stay again soon :)

Отличное расположение, отличный номер, разнообразные ужины в лаунж зоне, номер отличный

Cons:

Огорчило, что в номере не открывался балкон, хотя это был в мае. В ландж зоне нужно либо ограничить доступ маленьких детей, либо подсказывать родителям, что они находятся не в игровой зоне.

Great stay, would come again if in Istanbul
Pros:

The hotel is fantastic to say the least. we stayed at 2 bedroom apartment and it was great for longer stay - the view, the terrace, the convenicence of having dishwasher and washer/dryer. Food was nice and breakfast and room service (i liked Turkish delights at breakfast). I want to especially highlight the help i got from concierge - lovely Meryem was FANTASTIC, professional and the experiences she recommended and booked for us were the highlight of the trip to Istanbul - sunset boat cruise and dinner at Nomads. Meryem, you are doing a great job!

I liked the location and gym

Cons:

The hotel likes to charge for anything. I wanted to empty the refrigerator they want to charge me 20 Euros. I asked for special occasion gift to my wife, they want to charge 240 Euros. These small services are always free everywhere and it matters allot to chose this hotel in next visit.
