Pros:

L'hôtel, notre suite (très grande avec de hauts plafonds et joliment décorée), la vue depuis notre chambre et celle du restaurant İzaka, la taille et la beauté du hammam, puis la variété du petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Le personnel du petit déjeuner restait insuffisant (j'ai dû me servir moi-même mes cafés).

عدم وجود إطلالة مناسبة وتسكيننا في ملحق الفندق وليس الفندق نفسه والاثاث غير جيد والجلسات غير نظيفة ولن اكرر الزيارة لهذا الفندق فبامكاني دفع المبلغ نفسه في مكان اقامة افضل وهو 13800 ريال سعودي ل6 ليالي في جناح بغرفتين مع وجود اماكن ببلكونات فارغة وعدم تسكيننا بها

كانت إقامتي جيدة من بعض النواحي، لكن للأسف تعرضت لموقف أفسد التجربة بالكامل.

طلبت حلاقة عادية استغرقت أقل من 15 دقيقة، وبعد الانتهاء فوجئت بأن المبلغ المطلوب هو 170 دولارًا. لم يتم إبلاغي بالسعر مسبقًا أو إعطائي أي قائمة أسعار، ولو كنت أعلم بالتكلفة لما وافقت على الخدمة. شعرت بأنني تعرضت للاستغلال، واضطررت للدخول في نقاش حاد مع الموظفين بسبب هذا الأمر.

إضافة إلى ذلك، كان تعامل موظفي الاستقبال جافًا وغير مرحب، ولم يكن بالمستوى المتوقع من فندق بهذا التصنيف.

أنصح أي نزيل يرغب باستخدام خدمات الفندق، خصوصًا الصالون، أن يسأل عن السعر بشكل واضح قبل الموافقة على أي خدمة لتجنب الوقوع في نفس الموقف.
