Pros:

Tranquilidade do hotel e conforto das camas.
Estacionamento privado.
Não fica situado no centro do Porto, mas como pretendia um hotel em Arca de Água, a localização é boa.
Tendo em conta a classificação do hotel (2 estrelas), os serviços prestados estão adequados.

Cons:

A equipa administrativa terá de pensar na remodelação da casa de banho (banheira), do pavimento do quarto (alcatifa antiga) e do mini-bar (o funcionamento do frigorífico, por vezes, algo ruidoso).
O piso onde ficava o quarto é agradável, mas pareceu-me que há um outro espaço com quartos mais antigo.

The staff and the breakfast were excelent

Cons:

I didn't understand how, but the bathroom was cold a lot. Even with the air conditioner on, when the bathroom door was open it made the whole room cold.
