Nice front desk
Dirty room full of bugs and the first room ac was broken so we had to be moved .

Siguieron que fumiguen antes de que se haga un plaga grande de insectos , las puertas están un poco disparejas así que supongo que por eso entran animalitos. También siguieron que le pongan más cuidado en desinfectar bien las paredes de la regadera antes de que las bacterias produzcan hongos
The location was perfect for what we were in town for. The proximity to AT&T Stadium was so convient.
When we checked in, it was stressed that it was a non-smoking room. As soon as we stepped into the room, we could smell smoke. The room was reserved with a queen bed and we had a double bed. The bathroom didn't have vent or air conditioner so it was hot and humid every time it was used. The air conditioner was loud as hell the ENTIRE weekend. Also. there were no electrical outlets near the bed. I use a CPAP machine and I had to plug it in across the room and sleep with my head at the foot of the bed.
The beds were comfortable.
Expensive for the things they offer.

,the only thing is the ac was not the best ,it’s was cold like but not as much ,like I put it at 67 and it’s was cold but not really
The location was close to the airport, to the AT&T arena, the outlet mall and Walmart.
The description indicated that the hotel included breakfast, but it was just a bag with a muffin, a granola bar, and an old mandarin. I have stayed in similar hotels that offered different options like bread, eggs, yogurt, and cereal, so it was very disappointing since that was the main reason chose this hotel. The paint on the outside was in very bad shape; however, inside the room was in good condition. The room was clean, but when I checked closely, there were hairs in the bathtub and on the towels. Also, the microwave was disgusting, it had old cheese on the door and turntable. Finally, I don't think it was entirely their fault, but I found a cricket one morning next to my pillow. I never left the door open, so I'm not sure if the cricket was there before I arrived. The guy in the from door was nice and also the people that clean.
It was very close to the venue and was very reasonably priced.

Cuz I do not like anything because it had roaches.
I did not like the roaches as I said. I told the manager but he didn't do nothing about it.
Seemed musky, faint cigarette smell, dead insects, crusty towels and no breakfast as advertised 😕
