Nice location close to subway, cleaning every day (without asking), amenities

Cons:

- I arrive one hour early in than the checkin and it cost me 1000 yens.
- Bed was not comfortable at all, really hard to sleep on sides.
- One reception staff gave me the room key card which said 440 but there was no such room. When I asked, he told me it was 410. And clearly it was not what it was written.
- WiFi was slow in the room.

Decent but I’ll look for something better next time
Pros:

Rooms have a balcony with a view of the cityscape.

Cons:

If you rely on Wi-Fi for business, communication, or even just playing social media, don’t stay here. You can get better Wi-Fi at the 7-11. For the price you pay you should get decent Wi-Fi.
If you like, turning in early for the night, you’re gonna get plenty of noise from the train station until late

Good location but very loud rooms
Pros:

Location is definitely the best. Lots of restaurants around and main JR line is just next to the hotel.

Cons:

Cleaning was poor. It was dusty everywhere and because of the central controlling system, it was super hot in the room, and there was train sound coming from the window. If you are sensitive about noise, not recommended.
