Pros:

Very clean and the staff were nice and the coffee shop was great!

Cons:

Too far from Tokyo and too much time trying to navigate my way around! Not a great spot to stick someone on their first time in Japan!

Muy buena ubicación cercas del Subway pero si un poco lejos de algunas lugares pero nada que el metro ayude

Un poco pequeña la habitación pero es lo común en los hoteles en japon dificultad para hacer maletas grandes pero todo bien

Staff were quick to replace the broken kettle in the room which wasn’t working on arrival

Cons:

Staff were very keen to help with check in and check out, but some seemed less keen to help with general enquiries.

Pros:

Tuve una muy buena experiencia durante mi estancia en Tokio. El alojamiento se encuentra en Ryōgoku, una zona tranquila y agradable, ideal para descansar después de un día recorriendo la ciudad.

La ubicación es conveniente para desplazarse en transporte público hacia diferentes puntos de Tokio.

Un aspecto que agradecí especialmente fue la posibilidad de dejar mi equipaje antes de la hora del check-in, lo que me permitió aprovechar el día para seguir explorando la ciudad sin preocuparme por mis maletas.

La atención del personal y el proceso de check-in presencial también fueron parte de una experiencia agradable.

手軽に快適。コンパクトな予定の旅行には最適！

駅に近く便利。
チェックインが専用機器でできるようになり簡潔。
ウェルカムドリンクバーが出来ていて利用させてもらった。チェックインも室内清掃が終わり次第、少し早目に入室できて助かった。シャワーの使用説明も詳しく使いやすい。

Cons:

ロビーが狭いので、チェックインで団体が入ると、それ以外の人の通行が不便。もう少し導線を確保してほしい。
