Lifesaver - great value and great location
Pros:

We booked last minute after arriving to an ABB that we decided was not for us.
Right by the station so quick access to activities in Tokyo. We did not dine at the restaurant but cafes and eateries near by were lots of fun!

Nice hotel would consider staying here again
Pros:

- good location (next to the station, a museum, sumo arena and restaurants)
- quite a big room and an open view on the station
- friendly staff
- reasonable price

Cons:

- no laundry facilities although there is a laundry shop less than 10 min away (the staff at the hotel can help finding it)
- the room can be a bit noisy because of the train station

Comfy stay and great location
Pros:

Great location, not affected by the cherry blossom season crowds. Short walk to great restaurants and a family mart. Good breakfast and very small but comfy room. Having a small balcony was great. Staff were helpful and baggage storage was super easy and secure. Would certainly stay here again.

Cons:

The bathroom had a bit of a sewerage smell which got better as we stayed there. It was likely from a blocked drain. Since the room is small and had no cupboards, a few more hooks on the wall to hang things would be appreciated.

No drama, no issues, perfect stay for introverts.
Pros:

Really polite staff, everything was always perfectly clean, rooms are very spacious for Japan, felt like a western hotel in that regard. Really good value for money.

Cons:

No real help with luggage transfer, just showed us a QR code and that’s it. We had a unique situation because our next hotel didn’t accept deliveries so we had to take care of it ourselves at a Yamato Transport station.

Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé à deux pas du Musée Edo et à quelques stations d'Akihabara et d'Asakusa. Chambre propre et suffisamment spacieuse pour une personne seule, le balcon est un petit plus qui doit être très agréable quand il fait vraiment bon.

Great location. Great staff. Average room
Pros:

The location of this property cannot be beaten. Great local neighbourhood. Great proximity to food. Great distance from a train station.

Cons:

Look, you get what you paid for. Our room was tiny. The pillows had these rock things in them and the third bed was like rock.

Good solo trip
Pros:

I like that the subway/public transportation was just downstairs. Also, there are a lot of restaurants near the area. What I like also is that i had a balcony at my room! Big plus.

Cons:

I didn't like that i couldn't function my air conditioner. The room got hot so I had to put the door of the balcony to get some cool air in.

Great location - terrible bathroom.
Pros:

Great location!

Cons:

Mold in the bathroom on tub, ceiling bathroom fan, bathroom floor, bathroom door lock, everywhere there was a nook or edge. No fan to keep or remove humidity. Smelled.

Perfekt für einen langen Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage direkt an einer Bahnstation die zu Akihabara führt und dadurch alles verbindet.
Umkreis vom Hotel jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants & Apotheken.

Zimmer war Sauber und wurde regelmäßig gereinigt.

Cons:

Für mich war es kein Problem da mein Zimmer relativ Mittig lag aber die Bahngeräusche könnten eventuell für manche ein Problem darstellen.

Great location! Food options were fantastic.
Pros:

Large room, clean facilities, and friendly staff

Cons:

They left letters telling me that they couldnt clean my room because I had my “do not disturb” sign up. They didnt need to clean the room.
