We spent 3 very comfortable, pleasant nights at Relax Inn and would come back again.
Pros:

The room was very nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Staff was kind and friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We have no complaints about anything. Perfect place for us.

Nice big room, AC was efficient and quiet, beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

The kitchen in the unit was not stocked, only 2 plates, 2 bowls and and a box of plastic utensils. It had a couple of pots and one very small frying pan.
No knives cutting boards, can opener, corkscrew wine glasses, coffee mugs, or baking sheets, etc.
Also, no salt, pepper or anything. So, plan on bringing everything you need if want to cook for your family.
I did ask and the manager gave me a few more items, but not much
I guess they've had theft problems. Still a kitchen needs equipment or it's pointless. The appliances all worked perfectly and were in excellent condition.

Diamond in the Rough
Pros:

This was an oasis in an area that seemed a little sketchy. It was very clean, well maintained and the kitchen had cooking/eating supplies for two people. Lots of flower boxes to brighten up outside area. Bed was comfortable and there were LOTS of outlets for electronic devices. Even had a nightlight in the bathroom. We enjoyed our stay.

Stopped on the way to my summer home in OR coast and fell in love with this charming boutique inn.
Pros:

This is a true gem tucked away near the mall. The level of care from the manager and his staff is 5 star. I felt like a treasured customer from the time I arrived until the moment I left. I will be returning here in October and probably will make this my waypoint whenever I travel through the area. The rooms are well appointed, tasteful and practical. I enjoyed my stay more than any other inn I stayed in during the past 5 years on my annual CA to OR journeys.

Great bargain
Pros:

I had booked my stay at the last minute, hurriedly at a rest stop during a long day's drive. When I arrived at the modest-looking motel in a modest area of town, I wondered if I'd booked too hurriedly and not looked closely enough at the motel's description. I expected my room would not live up to the pictures I'd glanced at on Booking.com. But it did! Great room, clean, good-sized fridge + freezer, full-sized kitchen sink, microwave, etc. Great deal for the price.

A lucky find for an overnight stay on a long road trip.
Pros:

Beautifully renovated. Owners take pride in property with flower boxes

Cons:

It was fine. Not a smart part of town but excellent value for money.

Cons:

We checked in around 10 PM. Upon entering the room, the main light switch did not work, forcing us to find other lamps in the dark. It was 35°F outside, and the room was very chilly. When I turned on the heater, it barely blew any air. I checked the unit and found that the air filter was extremely dirty and clogged with thick dust, which clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time. It is unacceptable and unsafe for an infant to breathe air from such a filthy unit. The room didn’t finally warm up until morning.

Great spot to land in Medford
Pros:

I loved having the kitchen since my wife has special needs in her diet due to allergies. The space was perfect and well maintained. It was great to see flowers all around the facility bringing a fun life to it.

Home Away From Home
Pros:

Excellent stay,The room was very clean and comfortable, the bed was cozy, and the fresh, clean linens made for a great night's sleep. The manager was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. Even the quality of the soap and shampoo showed they truly care about their guests' comfort. I highly recommend Relax inn and would gladly stay here again.
