O hotel tem uma excelente estrutura, funcionários atencioso e uma ótima localização.

Cons:

Acredito que o atendimento telefônico deveria ter uma atenção especial. Tive alguns problemas com minha reserva e foi difícil entrar em contato com eles. O pelo WhatsApp é solicitado o preenchimento de um formulário que nunca foi respondido. Somente isso.
