Houve uma festa no restaurante em uma noite, tinha muito barulho. Foi necessário reclamar por duas vezes o volume da música, que foi até próximo à meia noite.
Quarto aconchegante, todos os funcionários são extremamente educados e o café da manhã é simplesmente maravilhoso

Hotel maravilhoso, usei o Spa e amei, o restaurante integrado ao Hotel é sensacional, quando voltar a São Luís com certeza me hospedarei lá novamente. Cama e chuveiro deliciosos, café da manhã maravilhoso, tudo perfeito!

Excelência no atendimento. Destaque ao Nelson, que me deu um upgrade de quarto por eu estar passando o Dia das Mães longe dos meus filhos. Ou seja, atendimento muito humanizado. O quarto era muito muito confortável. Sem defeito nenhum. Localização melhor impossível, com restaurantes, farmácia muito próximos e de frente pro mar.

Tudo em perfeito estado
Minha experiência no Hotel Brisamar foi ótima. A localização é excelente em São Luís, muito bem situada e com várias opções próximas para comer. No hotel tem o restaurante Casa de Juja e uma cafeteria com pastel de nata delicioso.
O atendimento foi muito bom durante toda a estadia, com equipe atenciosa e cordial. O café da manhã possui boa variedade de opções e atende muito bem.
Outro grande destaque é a vista para o mar. Acordar de frente para a praia deixou a experiência ainda mais especial e agradável.
Recomendo muito pela localização, conforto e excelente atendimento.
