Required improvement in Hotel Facilities.
Pros:

The hotel connected to Shopping Mall and allocated one parking lot.

Areas for Improvement:
1. Cockroaches were observed in the room, making it unsuitable to leave food items exposed.
2. The hot water supply in the shower room was inconsistent and requires proper regulation.
3. The toilet water temperature was excessively hot, whereas it should be normal cold water.
4. Water drainage in the bathroom was poor, causing water to stagnate in certain areas.
5. The room carpet appears worn out and requires replacement or refurbishment.
6. The breakfast selection was very limited and did not meet expectations considering the hotel standard and price paid.
7. The staff service was not satisfactory; some front desk staff appeared unfriendly, and continuous mask usage at the reception counter affected communication and guest interaction.
