Pros:

Apartamentuose buvo labai tylu, švaru ir tvarkinga.Yra mažas šaldytuvas, mikrobangų krosnelė, virdulys, kavos aparatas ir labai greitas „Wi-Fi“. TV kanalai – tik vokiečių kalba.
Vos kelios minutės pėsčiomis iki Muziejų salos ir Unter den Linden alėjos.

Cons:

Televizorius rodo tik vokiečių kalba, tad užsienio svečiams pasirinkimas kiek ribotas (tačiau tai kompensuoja puikus „Wi-Fi“ ryšys).

Tolle Lage und großes Zimmer

Cons:

Keinen Ac oder Möglichkeit in irgendeiner Art und Weise im Sommer das Zimmer zu kicken. Es war ein Ofen und der Ventilator im Zimmer hat nicht viel gebracht.

Zentrale „Unter den Linden“ perfekte Anbindung an die öffentliche Verkehrsmittel.

Cons:

Studio mit Klimaanlage ausgeschrieben. Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht. Auf Anfrage wurde mitgeteilt die Klimaanlage würde nur zum Heizen im Winter funktionieren. Zum Kühlen im Sommer ist diese nicht mehr vorgesehen.

Brilliant location, excellent boutique hotel from which to explore Berlin
Pros:

Our apartment was very spacious, we especially enjoyed the modern amenities and the conservatory balcony in the evening. The location was also a highlight. We were only moments from restaurants, shops, the subway and within walking distance of the Brandenburg Gate, Tiergarten, Reichstag Building and countless historic sites and buildings.

We were very happy and comfortable 😊

Gute Lage aber für den Preis gibt es schon besseres

Das Boardinghouse liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Gendarmenmarkt. Zentraler geht es eigentlich nicht. Nur abends spielt das Leben eher in den angrenzenden Stadtteilen.

Cons:

Das Boardinghouse ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte modernisiert werden. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert schon seit längerem nicht, sagte das Personal.

Pros:

The location is fantastic with museums, Reichstag, Unterden Linden walking distance.
Lots of great restaurants.
We had a room which faced the street with lots to watch!

Für das Geld erwarte ich etwas mehr.

Cons:

Der Raum war heiß, Klimaanlage ist nicht vorhanden und ein Durchzug war nicht möglich trotz Balkon. Der Lüfter im Bad ging ewig auch wenn man das Licht nur kurz eingeschaltet hatte und war extrem laut. Das Licht am Badezimmerspiegel funktionierte nicht.

Очень понравилось, что были блекаут шторы, не шумно, я вообще не слышала соседей, далеко от метро, был кондиционер в номере, была посуда, мини холодильник

Немного не хватило обычной плиты, однако была микроволновка
