Ubicación insuperable y gran confort en Berlín
Pros:

La ubicación es sobresaliente, y el departamento está impecablemente organizado, decorado. Es muy funcional, con vestidor y baño comodísimo. Lo mismo la kitchen, con café, té y agua a disposición.

Cons:

Nuestro departamento daba a una calle en la que abajo había un bar en el que se organizan eventos. El ruido de la calle era muy muy molesto, y esto ocurrió en día miércoles (algo que habitualmente no es de esperar). Lo propio ocurrió el viernes

Superb location - beatiful apartment ( heatwaves not ideal )
Pros:

Lovely location . We had top floor studio with large patio. Nice rooms - kitchen was good . We only used for coffee and toast .

Cons:

No aircon ( we had 39/40 degrees heatwave) there were fans . I have suggested they rent out for example dyson air tower etc for nominal fees

Pros:

Pæn lejlighed og god beliggenhed. Og det var det.

Cons:

Lejligheden var konstant 28 grader, intet wifi selv om det står på tilsluttet.
Badekar livsfarligt glat og intet at tage fat i. Kommer aldrig tilbage.
Havde forventet at Clipperbordhaus Berlin. Var samme standard som Clipperbordhaus Hamburg. Men Nej.

Locked us out of our room in 40 degrees
Pros:

The room was nice and it was very centrally located

Cons:

This hotel does not have out of hours staff to sort out issues. Our room key stopped working and when we returned to the hotel at 5.30 on a Sunday there was no one to help. We called the "emergency" number listed on the reception door and it took 50 minutes for a security person to arrive. It was also 40 degrees that day so we had to sit in the heat waiting.

The security man told us they couldn't give us another key that night, only in the morning and we would have to call them when we wanted to get in later that night after dinner. The key stopped working because the staff programmed it for the wrong dates. They did not give us anything as an apology.

We will not stay again

Top Lage, nichts für warmes Wetter!
Pros:

Top Lage, 2 min vom Brandenburger Tor, leichter Check in, das Apartment hat eine gute Größe und ist soweit alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Cons:

Es gab keine Klima Anlage und draußen war es 40 Grad heiß, es war total unschön in der Unterkunft. Der Hinweis für die nicht funktionierende Klimaanlage kam erst in der letzten Email auf dem Weg zur Unterkunft. Das hat den Aufenthalt entscheidend negativ beeinflusst.

Апартаменты удобные, красивые ,находятся в хорошей локации.

Cons:

Было очень жарко ,так как кондиционер совсем не охлаждал помещение. Уборка была не очень хорошая , была пыль. Я со своей аллергии почувствовала это сразу.

Perfect place to stay!
Pros:

The position was perfect for exploring the city and its many sites. The apartment was very spacious with an enclosed balcony that had wide opening windows. The decor is simple, comfortable and perfect for an inner city stay. The bathroom was also a good size, with the best shower. There wasn’t housekeeping each day which keeps costs down but towels were changed every couple of days. Transport and good restaurants are very close. Overall we thought it was great value for money and a great choice.

Cons:

Calling it a boarding house put me off at first. It’s as good as most hotels.

Pros:

Duzy apartament z niewielkim aneksem kuchennym. Czysto, schludnie. Nie mam wiekszych zastrzezen.

Cons:

Dwie rzeczy:

1. Wysppsażenie kuchni moglo by byc ciut wieksze. Dodatkowe sztucce i zastawa.

2. Wieczorem z tarasu dobiegal nieprzyjemny zapach, najprawdopodobniej gdzies w poblizu byl wylot wentylacji. Zapach nie byl restauracyjny tylko taki nieprzyjemny, kanalizacyjny.
