Beautiful place, wonder experience, fantastic food and exceptional service.
Pros:

We had a truly fantastic stay at the hotel, the staff were superb, attention to detail excellent and food was exceptional. Particular praise for Anna and Rubin who served us on separate evenings, they were extremely knowledgeable about the wine, your company and were a credit to the organisation.

Amo os Portugal, os Portugueses, a educação, a cultura e a receptividade deste povo!
Pros:

Nível de serviço da equipe. Todos cordiais, prestativos e muito agradáveis. Destaque para a Maria , Ruben, Diogo e para as responsáveis pela limpeza e organização do quarto.

Cons:

A obra do novo restaurante comprometeu a vista de meu quarto, que era com varanda.

A degustação cortesia deveria ser repensada, porque o que valeu a pena foi a simpatia e cordialidade da condutora do evento.

La presentation de la cave de l'hotel avec degustatiin. Le peroinnel etait tres present et attentiin. Regret de n'avoir pas eu le temps pour le Wine et Spa

Je pense que il conviendrait a ce que l'espace restauration ait plus de authenticite et charme. J'ai ame mais j'ai plus d'attente sur un tel espaces pour cet propriete et cave.
