Great value - had everything
Pros:

Easy to find, good parking right out the front of our room. Very comfortable bed, nice restaurant reasonably priced. The first room we had had a problem with the window not latching properly and the staff were very helpful and moved us to a different room with no problem at all

Cons:

Nothing - I would definitely recommend this hotel and happily stay there again

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The room was absolutely disgusting. The bathroom sink had blood stains all over it, and the king bed was dirty and full of dust. The TV and internet were not working at all.

The sofa bed was horrible. As soon as I opened it, there was dirt and a dead cockroach inside. When we turned off the lights in both the main room and the sofa bed room, cockroaches started crawling everywhere. It was completely unacceptable and very disturbing.

The cockroaches even got into a box of donuts I had just purchased for $30, so we could not eat our food. We were unable to sleep or even stay in the room because of the infestation. I had no choice but to check out after staying for only about one hour.

When I reported everything to the staff at the front desk, he took photos from my phone and said he would pass them on to management. He did not apologise or show any concern. I have not heard anything from the hotel since.

I paid almost $200 for this booking and it completely ruined my night. This experience was unacceptable, and I will never stay here again. I expect a full refund as I was only able to stay in the room for approximately one hour due to the conditions
