Hotel good, rooms extremly disappointing.
Pros:

The hotel itself is clean, the location is very good, the staff are generally very friendly, and the food is adequate. The live music was very amusing.

Cons:

I work as a tourism agent, and every month I personally visit different hotels to evaluate them and decide where I can confidently send my guests. Based on my experience here, I can say that I will definitely not be recommending or sending any of my guests to this hotel.

I had booked a three-night stay. I arrived at night already tired from travelling, only to find that my room had a very strong and unpleasant smell. A staff member also acknowledged the smell and agreed to change my room. I had already unpacked my suitcase, so I had to pack everything again and move to another room. I had specifically requested a room with a Balcony and whirlpool, but the replacement room they offered did not have a whirlpool. Also, the new room was very bright so that I woke up at 6-7am. İn the new room, there were also plumbing problems: the tap was not working properly and the water would not drain. They also didn’t suggest refunding the difference that I didn’t have a whirlpool or a big Balcony.

Then, the very next day, they wanted me to change rooms yet again to one with whirlpool.

At that point, I had had enough. I refused another room change and asked to check out early instead.

Despite all the inconvenience, repeated room changes, and technical problems, I was told that they could not give me a refund for the remaining nights. To make matters worse, they even asked me to pay separately for the ayran I had consumed.

For someone who regularly visits and evaluates hotels professionally, this experience was unacceptable. A guest staying only three nights should not have to repeatedly pack and unpack their belongings because of problems with the rooms. At the check-out process, the hotel worker also said that the rooms are not that comfortable, so he can get my point. So, I really do not understand the comments about any kindness of the owner.

I am very disappointed and cannot recommend this hotel.

Nice location and good for short stay
Pros:

Close to the beach, really good terrace view (overlooking the beach and the paragliders), nice breakfast spread.

Cons:

Some staff don’t understand English so its quite difficult to communicate and some are very unfriendly and rude (at the restaurant). Some spots in the room have deadspots (no network). Rooms are smaller in person.

Highly recomended
Pros:

The hotel has an absolutely stunning view over Ölüdeniz, especially at sunset when the scenery becomes truly breathtaking.

The location is excellent, making it very convenient to enjoy the beauty of the area. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety and excellent quality. The dinner included in our package was also a very good open buffet with plenty of delicious choices.

But honestly, the location and the view are the highlights. Waking up to this scenery and enjoying it in the evening was an unforgettable experience.

Pros:

Отель расположен на горе - это очень красиво, из ресторана прекрасный вид на море и парапланы, и в принципе место находится не в толпе. При этом до моря/магазинов/кафе идти пять минут, рядом есть стихийная парковка, места можно найти.
У нас был номер бунгало - просторный, чистый, с великолепной верандой с видом на море и закаты, посреди оливковых деревьев. С лежаками и креслом-качалкой. Уютно и уединенно. Номер был почти на самом верху - лестницы действительно крутые, но нас это не напрягало. Просто надо иметь ввиду, если кому-то сложно подниматься.
Территория очень зеленая, оливы, сосны - очень красиво, много котиков всех цветов и размеров )
Завтрак нормальный, много зелени, есть фрукты, для нас это было важно. Кофе нормальный.
Очень приятный, доброжелательный персонал.
Вайфай нормальный, просто на каждое устройство надо получить отдельный пароль.

Cons:

Местами "уставшая" техника - краны, душ, но в целом все работало.
"Уставшие" старые полотенца, но чистые, поэтому тоже без претензий.
Рядом внизу находится какой-то большой отель где до часу ночи орет музыка и караоке. Немного грустно, что даже находясь посреди природы, не получалось полностью расслабиться в тишине. Но это не вина отеля, просто факт.

Las vistas. Ubicación apartada del barullo de Oludeniz aunque cercano a la playa y al centro.
Desayuno en la terraza con vistas.
Aire acondicionado bien

Cons:

Habitación muy pequeña para 4. Limpieza escasa. Mantenimiento Justo. No hay sábana en las camas, solo una colcha escasa que no llega. Poca iluminación, las ventanas cierran mal.
La piscina es muy pequeña. Esta muy en cuesta.

Pros:

Szép helyen, szép szállás, színes hangulattal, jó medencével, választékos reggelivel, finom vacsorával, ár-érték arány nagyon jó. Másodszor szállunk meg itt.

Cons:

A báros lányok hozza nem értése a koktélokhoz.
