The location was great and hotel has an old world charm but rooms need better maintenance
The food needs to improve and the AC in our room was not working and we kept complaining and they shifted us to another room with a smaller bed (for 2 adults and a baby) and a smaller bathroom. Thats not a solution!
Vriendelijke mensen met een uitstekende service. Lokatie is perfect. Wat helemaal super was, was het glaasje warme melk voor het slapen gaan en het zeer uitgebreide ontbijt.
Hotel is een aanrader.

Ambiente curato e particolare, in zona tranquilla. Alla reception ci hanno dato info utilissime e sono molto disponibili. Ci hanno consigliato tra l'altro un ristorante dove abbiamo mangiato davvero molto bene. La sera e' stato bello usufruire del giardino

Posizione vicinissima al museo mevlana e a un ampio parcheggio pubblico. Ambiente accogliente e caloroso. Tutto il personale molto gentile.
Ci sono diverse rampe di scale e non è segnalato per persone con disabilità.
Che dire? Albergo in una posizione centrale, di fronte al mausoleo di Mevlava. Staff gentilissimo, Abbiamo goduto di un clima e di una colazione eccezionale. Molto di più delle nostre aspettative

La struttura sembra una piccola casa per le bambole curata in ogni particolare. Bellissimo il cortile interno con pergolato dopo viene servita la colazione che abbiamo trovato curata e di qualità.
Da una delle nostre stanze si aveva vista diretta sul giardino delle rose.

The hotel is charming with delightful staff. The location is excellent - right opposite the Mevlana, and close to lovely shopping and eating areas. The authentic Turkish hospitality extends to breakfast - it is entirely Turkish and delicious. The rooms are beautifully appointed and decorated, and the hotel is spotlessly clean.
Very minor criticisms but my teenagers found the breakfast a bit too simple and the pillows were a bit too firm for me.
