Totul a fost minunat!
Pros:

Mi-a plăcut atât mâncarea, diversificată și foarte gustoasă cât și cazarea: totul curat, iar amplasarea hotelului perfectă!

Cons:

Nu pot să spun că nu mi-a plăcut ceva. Mă declar mulțumită!

Középszerű szálloda, ár-értek aranya megfelelő.
Pros:

A ételek finomak voltak, bár a kínálat nem volt túl bőséges.

Cons:

A személyzet egy része nem volt túl kedves, a lift ahogy mar írták valóban kicsi volt. Fizettem egy jobb szobáért ahol félig láthatjuk a tengert, hát ebből annyi valósult meg, hogy két ház között elnézve láttunk a messzeségben valamit. Továbbá nagyon zavaró volt a másik szállodából jövő folyamatos hangzavar esténként, nem lehetett nagyon jól pihenni.

Понравилось все:очень приветливый персонал,очень чистый отель,уборка номера каждый день:вода,замена полотенец ежедневная.
Питание выше всяких похвал:разнообразие и на любой вкус.На завтрак из напитков :кофе.чай,соки,лимонад без ограничений,на ужин напитки,включая алкоголь ,заказываешь официанту (платно)
Пляж в шаговой доступности,муниципальный.достаточно широкий,места хватает всем.Лежаки 3,50€/день,Зонтик 3.-€/день…если не хотите платить,то можно лежать на песке,это не запрещаеться)))Город не большой и от гостинницы все в шаговой доступности …очень советую этот отель

I would really like to highly praise the hotel as a whole. It has an excellent location in Ayia Napa — slightly outside the center in a quiet area, and the sea is only about a 3-minute walk away.

The food was truly perfect, also suitable for small children.
The service, housekeeping, and reception were all at a very high level.

As a small negative, since we were not staying during the main season, the hotel pools were very cold. We had to wait until the afternoon for them to warm up from the sun, and even then, swimming was only good for a quick refresh.

Regarding the staff, I would just like to mention a man named Mario — he was extremely unpleasant, gave us dirty looks, rolled his eyes, and several times made very rude remarks (which we understood, even though he tried to speak quietly), saying that we were surely Polish (which we are not). It would be good to work on this, because we did not feel comfortable ordering at the bar or even while eating in the main dining room. All the other staff members were AMAZING :)

We would like to thank Stamatia Hotel for a perfect 8-day stay :) We will definitely come back again.

Vynikající jídlo
Pros:

Umístění hotelu kousek od pláže, přístavu i centra. Vynikají stravování all inclusive včetně drinků. Jídlo bylo vždy perfektně ochucené. Velmi milý a usměvavý personál. Perfektní čistota. Pravidelný úklid. Vše fungovalo na jedničku.

Hotel valóban közel van a vízparthoz kb 5perc sétára, és számos étterem, boltok, souvenir is megtalálható. Hotel tiszta és kellemes illat járta át az egész épületet. Kedvesen fogadtak a recepción és a szobát volt lehetőségünk előbb elfoglani 😊reggeli finom és valasztékos volt sajnos a ,( rántottát nem tudom hogy mivel készítik de ehetetlen és édeskés😔)

Sajnos ami számomra kicsit elszomorító volt, hogy a félpanzios ellátásban vacsoránál nem adnak egy kancsó szűrt vizet sem , nem szerettem volna se üdítőt se alkoholt inni, csupán egy pohár viz jól esett volna ! Utolsó napunkon jeleztem a recepción hogy másnap reggel korán indul a buszunk a reptérre és van -e lehetőség picit korábban megreggelizni, azt mondták hogy igen, 7kor nyit a reggeliző de mi lejöhetünk 6.45 -re reggelizni aminek nagyon örültünk, hogy akkor nem kapkodva , nyugodtan reggelizünk! Ehez képest , sajnos mikor oda mentünk elküldtek minket elég mogorván hogy csak 7tol van reggeli. Hiába mondtam, hogy előző nap direkt megkérdeztem , ennek ellenére sem mehetünk be! Elég kellemetlen szitu volt!
Máskor mondják azt hogy nem lehetséges, és akkor maximum kérek reggeli csomagot az útra! Ezen szerintem lehetne még javítani hogy kicsit kedvesebben bánni a vendéggel!
Szobában éjjeli kis lámpa vagy rejtett világítás a tv mögött vagy ágy mögött az jól jönne, mert az egyetlen kapcsoló ami van mennyezeti lámpa van csak,ami nagyon erősen világít, és este nem minden esetben kellemes lefekvés előtt.
