We like that the hotel was clean .

Cons:

Food quality was poor to average, even I mentioned I realised that staff didn't care,to be honest I saw very sad staff members there,give me a felling either they didn't want to be there either they didn't want us to be there,a very negative energy.
Having breakfast or dinner on Seagull restaurant was not a good idea,we did a mistake to pay for breakfast and dinner,more than this every 3 minutes a waiter appear and ask "can I take your plate" Evan thought we was eating and was obviously that they cud not take it .
Air conditioner in the room 527 give us big headache,was stopping and we had to set it 19 C to let it operate and after to set again on 24C Evan like this was stopping till we give up on using it or to ask someone to come and take a look (2 times technician already comes)
We ask for a late chec out, reception said that is noted and they will let us know if is possible or not,this never happened,no one call no one said something.
Me personally I wanted sauna but was not functional.
Outside the samll jacuzzi same thing,water yes but not functional.
We knew from beginning that we book a 3 star hotel but honestly the services and let's say all together was the level of hotel apartments nothing more .
The only thing that was ok,hotel is near the beach and access to all amenities.

Pros:

Bardzo przyjemny hotel z ładnym basenem i leżakami. Smaczne śniadania - każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie i na wytrawnie i na słodko. Bardzo duży wybór dań przy obiadokolacji. Dania bardzo smaczne, trafią w gusta każdego turysty. Każdego dnia trochę inne dania więc brak monotonii. W całym hotelu czysto, serwis bez zarzutu. Chętnie ponownie skorzystam i polecę znajomym.

Cons:

Nieszczelne okno balkonowe, słyszalny hałas przy dostawach ale to nie stanowiło dużego problemu. W dostawkach dla dzieci szczebelki były wygięte i niewygodne ale po zgłoszeniu hotel dostarczył od razu dodatkowe materace i było zdecydowanie lepiej.

Pros:

Hotel je dobře situován, je tam klid. Jídlo vynikající, bez výhrad.

Cons:

Postele jsou moc měkké. Pláž u přístavu (Glyki Nero Beach) je bohužel vysypaná navezeným kamením, vloni tam byl písek a sem tam kámen.

A személyzet kedves, gyors, alapos munkát végeznek. Étkezéseknél figyelmesek, azonnal elviszik az üres tányérokat. Szobák tiszták, rendezettek.

Mile spędzony czas w bardzo ładnym miejscu.
Pros:

Kameralny, zadbany hotel i miła obsługa. Bardzo czysto. Hotel zasługuje na więcej niż 3 gwiazdki. Blisko do plaży i centrum miasteczka. Bardzo bezpieczna okolica.

Cons:

Często podróżuje z biur podróży w opcji all inclusive, więc zaskoczeniem dla mnie był brak możliwości korzystania z all od momentu oddania pokoju do momentu transferu na lotnisko.
