Savršen boravak – čista desetka za hotel, uslugu, lokaciju i kompletan doživljaj!
Pros:

Sve je bilo savršeno! Hotel je izuzetno čist i moderan, a usluga na vrhunskom nivou. Lokacija je odlična, sobe su udobne i besprijekorno održavane. Doručak je bio raznovrstan i izvrstan, a bazeni prelijepi i idealni za opuštanje. Početkom aprila nije bilo gužvi, što je dodatno doprinijelo ugodnom boravku. Posebno bih izdvojio Tamaru na recepciji – dragu, ljubaznu i izuzetno profesionalnu osobu koja je naš boravak učinila još ljepšim.

Cons:

Nismo imali nikakvih zamjerki – sve je bilo na najvišem nivou.

Essen - sehr gut, manchmal leider lauwarm.
Frühstück - hervorragend!
Sehr freundliches Personal.
Tolle Poolanlage und Nähe zum Strand - leider im April noch zu kalt zum Schwimmen.

Cons:

Zimmer - nordseitig und kalt.
Kein Außenpool beheizt.

Amazing hotel with perfect facilities and location
Pros:

Hotel staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful. Arrived on a late flight and got to the hotel around 22.30, after checking in with Tamara she kindly took us to the restaurant and arranged some food for us to eat without any hesitation, which we really appreciated.
The hotel is of a very high very spec and the location is perfect, food is buffet style, great quality and plenty of selection.
Room maintained daily and very clean throughout the whole hotel.
Wide variety of rooms available and we will be back to sample a different location

our second time to visit I would highly recommend for a relaxing stay
Pros:

our room was exceptional, we had a beautiful sea view with a decent size balcony, breakfast each morining had a fantastic selection . the pools were spotless plenty of beds available at any time and the spa was an added bonus

The pool was really nice

Cons:

We had ants in our room. At least 100. When we asked to switch rooms we were told no and that the cleaners would come and spray them. Our room then smelled like ant spray for the rest of the trip. The cleaners also did not come till 2 hours after we requested to switch room. The people working the front desk were very unfriendly
