Micul dejun a fost din belsug, variat si s-a putut servi pana tarziu. Curatenia a fost efectuata zilnic. Aer conditionat functional si foarte aproape de plaja si de localurile bune pentru mancare.

this hotel is superb and great value for money. the breakfast was very nice and the staff were all really friendly. I cant recommend this hotel enough for the money.

Expected better
Pros:

The restaurant staff during both breakfast and dinner service were friendly, welcoming, and professional. The food was enjoyable and was one of the better aspects of our stay.

Cons:

We stayed at this hotel for a long weekend in a side sea view room and, unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.

On arrival, we found the reception team quite frosty, which created a very unfriendly atmosphere on arrival which was repeated during several other interactions, though notably not from all reception staff.

The room itself was certainly below expectations. The bathroom appeared unfinished and was not properly separated from the bedroom. This meant the toilet was essentially in the bedroom as huge 1ft + gaps aren’t going to seal much in (sound and smell!). There were even protective films still visible on some of the bathroom panels with big splodges of silicone, giving the impression that the fit-out had not been fully completed. It was essentially a makeshift bathroom rigged out of cut down plastic sheeting.

The shower leaked every time it was used because the door did not close properly, leaving the bathroom floor wet after each shower. Housekeeping was also lacking, we only requested room cleaning once and the floors were not cleaned which is really all we needed.

The air conditioning was extremely poor and did not work effectively at all, which made the room uncomfortable. They have door sensors that turns the ac off when the patio is opened (great idea), but… there are also motion sensors so if you’re not moving, the AC turns off. These motion sensors are not the same as a true presence sensor (mmWave etc.)

The fridge was also unable to keep drinks properly cold.

Overall, while the food and restaurant team were good, the poor room condition, ineffective facilities, lack of cleanliness, and unfriendly reception staff meant that this hotel did not provide the standard of experience we expected and would not encourage us to return.

We did not approach the staff regarding our issues because:

1: Our interactions with reception did leave us feeling like they were not approachable.
