Very bad air conditioning
Pros:

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and only had air conditioning the last night complained 3 time and was told it was working as thay could see on there computer and computer one staff came to look and said it us working which it was not my friends had a room next door and was lovely and cool
Then I asked for some clean towels because we had to shower more and was told only one set of towels per day never heard that in my life
And never been so hot in my life and the staff couldn’t care less will not stay in this hotel again sighed Julie moore very disappointed

Might be time for a change different hotel
Pros:

This is the second time I’ve been to this hotel will I come back to this hotel again not sure about that. This time hotel was so full not enough sun bits for the amount of people that was staying in. Ended up going on the beach three days.

Pros:

1st time staying here, great hotel, friendly staff, we were bed & breakfast which was excellent, rooms were large & comfortable beds, never had an issue getting a sunbed but they were all taken / reserved by 11 ish, pool bar was good, beer on tap a bit flat but got bottles instead :)

Holiday July 2026 Palma nova
Pros:

Fabulous hotel in a great location. The food was lovely both breakfast and dinner. The staff where fantastic Angel in the bar was funny, the drinks where great and reasonably priced. The pool bar served lovely food at lunch. Reception staff where friendly. We didn't have the best view having a comfort room but it was spacious and clean and the beds so comfy. The balcony was small but it didn't bother us. The beach was straight across the road accessed by a gate beyond the pool area through the Dolfin bar, very secure using your key card. Had a fabulous holiday supporting England at the Reflex bar 2 minutes walk right of the hotel through the gate mentioned. Would definitely recommend and return 👌

Hotelet låg nära stranden.

Cons:

Byte av sänglinnen var väldigt sparsamt! Hotelets buffe var liten fanns inte mycket att välja på, tex ost hörna, nötter, spansk hörna. Ute vid polllen var det klsssisk musik hela dan.

C'est la deuxième fois que je séjourne au Réverence Mar et l'expérience est toujours aussi exceptionnelle.

​Tout est réuni pour un moment de détente idéal : l'emplacement est parfait, les piscines sont magnifiques et la chambre est d'une propreté impeccable, en plus d'être très confortable. J'ai opté pour la demi-pension et j'ai été ravie de la qualité constante de la restauration.

​Le personnel est très professionnel et attentionné. Tout est fait pour que le séjour se déroule au mieux. C'est sans hésitation que je reviendrai pour une troisième visite. Une adresse incontournable !

We stayed at this hotel for two nights on a half-board basis and had a good experience.

The hotel's location is excellent, just across the street from Palmanova Beach, making it incredibly easy to enjoy the sea whenever you like. There is also a bus stop directly in front of the hotel, which makes getting around the area very convenient.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

The staff were friendly and welcoming.

The food was good, with a sufficient variety of options for both breakfast and dinner. There was something to suit different tastes, and we were satisfied with the quality and selection throughout our stay.

Overall, this is an ideal hotel for a relaxing seaside holiday.

Cons:

During our first dinner at the hotel, we were sitting in the outdoor dining area after getting our food when, all of a sudden, a pigeon fell right next to us onto the ground by the pool, landing on its back like a stone. Blood immediately began to pool where it had fallen. When we looked up, we could see feathers drifting through the air.

It gave us the impression that the pigeon may have been shot while flying, as we couldn't see anything it could have collided with or become caught on. Witnessing something like this during our very first dinner was quite traumatic and deeply upsetting. The possibility that the bird had been shot is especially disturbing. We sincerely hope that this was not the case.
