Staff, amazing. Location, amazing. Pool area…amazing. Lovely breakfast.

Cons:

An iron and board in room would have been a nice touch. Also, we a 2 bedroom family room. A larger fridge with a freezer would have been well received. We had a very small fridge which was tough for 4 people.

Piękne widoki z restauracji głównej i z basenu. Jest bardzo przytulnie i kameralnie. To jest mój drugi pobyt w tym hotelu. Pierwszy raz byliśmy rok temu i bardzo nam się spodobało. Bardzo dobre jedzenie.

Pros:

Very clean and beautiful property. The staff was very friendly went above and beyond to make sure you comfortable . Breakfast was great . The pool was good with beautiful views. The bar by the pool was open till 11pm . Dinner was excellent with views as well.

Cons:

The only thing I can say was negative you can’t buy anything for lunch there and nothing is really close. You do need a car to get out because it’s not walking distance to anything

Ein idealer Toskanaurlaub in einem sehr schönem Ambiente.

Sehr schöne, gepflegte Unterkunft mit tollem Pool und sehr gutem Essen im Restaurant sowie reichhaltigem Frühstücksbuffet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit des gesamten Personals.

Beautiful and peaceful hotel in the Tuscan hills with excellent staff.
Pros:

The property is up on a hill and is absolutely beautiful. The restaurant food is good and the staff had lots of recommendations for other eateries in the area. OMG - the staff! THEY ARE AMAZING!!. They booked our cooking classes, restaurant reservations, and helped in absolutely every way possible. The reception staff kept an informational sheet at the desk and always knew where we were going + gave us reminders. They made everything 100-times better. They became our friends. Thank you Eva, Frederica, Laura, Milla, Sveta, Alan, Vanda & all the staff behind the scenes. An excellent, quiet location in the Tuscan hills to relax and visit towns off the beaten path (Cortona & Arezzo). The best place we've stayed in 30 years of traveling.

Miejsce którym hotel jest położony-super, niedaleka odległość około 10 minut samochodem do Cortony Przepiękny widok z tarasu restauracji i proseco o zachodzie słońca coś wspaniałego. Klimat jak z romantycznego włoskiego filmu . Śniadania bardzo smaczne i duży wybór .Polecam, jeśli będziemy mieli okazję, to na pewno tam wrócimy.
